Welcome to 24132 Perdido Beach Blvd. Orange Beach, AL, Phoenix I, unit 1123. This beautiful and cozy beach front unit is located on the 12th floor. The high floor location affords you increased privacy, with amazing views of the pool area, beach, and Gulf. You can access the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom, the kitchen has granite countertops, all new appliances and the dinning room table seats six. The new washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit.

Additionally, a keyless entry pad allows you to forgo the hassles of keeping track of keys while at the beach, the pool or when enjoying the surrounding areas .

This condo has a comfortable King size bed in the master bedroom, a wonderful Queen size bed in the second room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has wireless internet, a VOIP telephone system, satellite TV, and big screen TVs in both rooms. For your viewing pleasure the living room is equipped with a large screen (75 inches) smart TV, where you can enjoy your favorite sporting events, movies, your favorite YouTube channels, or sign on to your Netflix account.

In addition to the beautiful views, beaches, and relaxing ambient, the Phoenix I condominium also offers a large outdoor pool, kids splash pad, racquetball court, basketball and tennis courts, gym, sauna, gazebos, five (5) new BBQ grills with granite countertops, an ice machine, and bicycle racks. An indoor pool located at the adjacent Phoenix III building is also available to Phoenix I guests.

This condominium is conveniently located within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, grocery stores and local shops. Located directly across the street are three restaurants, Wolf Bay Seafood, Ruby Slipper and Doc’s World Famous Seafood. A five to ten minute drive will take you to some of the area’s world famous and acclaimed restaurants such as, Cobalt, Fisher’s, Cosmos, Playa, The Hangout, and Flora-Bama. Also nearby you will find Orange Beach’s Backcountry Trails, a beautiful network of wooded trails interconnected with the Alabama Gulf State park where you can enjoy nature while running, walking or bicycling.

Upon arrival a parking pass must be purchased for a one time fee of $55.00 which will be valid for the duration of your stay. If you arrive after 5:00 p.m. you will be required to register at the front desk of the adjacent Phoenix III building.

Our view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Enjoyed having coffee, listening to the waves and getting to see dolphins was a plus. The unit was clean and maintained. Only issue we had was one of the elevators was not working when we first got there.

12th floor with a view
Second stay, host Andrea does all the little things to make one’s stay feel like home away from home. Condo unit is clean, comfy, and has all the extra amenities one needs. Andrea covers it all! And the view is excellent, as well. Enjoyed our second stay as much as our first and hope to return.

Location was beautiful. Property was very clean! Fully supplied with all dishes, bakeware, utensils, and even beach toys for the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better unit for our first stay in Orange Beach! The couple questions that I did have come, Andrea responded within minutes! Will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in a Vrbo and it was a wonderful experience. The unit was really clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the view on the balcony was beautiful! Communication with the host was fast if we needed anything. Thank you for making us feel at home. Property was clean. Good comms with Vrbo host. Checking in the front desk clerk was rude and frustrated at Vrbo or my host because paperwork was not processed. I had to fill out redundant forms and such that I had done through Vrbo. 1 elevator out of 2 was down most of the stay and people got stuck in it, so everyone was scared to ride it when it was working, but as a whole; the stay was good, room was clean, host was nice. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was direct gulf front and panoramic from the 12th floor. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The owner obviously takes pride in providing anything guests could want and need. We look forward to our next stay! Highly recommend!

What a Gem!
We booked this place because of the great reviews, and they were correct! The views really are that beautiful. I could have spent the entirety of our trip on the balcony and been in heaven. Communication by the host was excellent, and the unit itself was beautiful, clean, and modern. There are so many thoughtful touches. We used the provided beach wagon, beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards. There are also sand toys if needed. The only items you need to bring are your own beach towels, and if you're like me, extra coffee. We would absolutely stay here again!
