Our home is 120 steps to the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico; plus, we are one of the few homes with access to a semi-private dock on Lemon Bay where you can fish, enjoy the sunrise and admire nature at it's best. Manasota Key is the second largest estuary in Florida. Enjoy the island with the bikes and kayaks provided for your pleasure. Watch the sunrise on Lemon Bay and the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Our home is fully renovated including new furnishings, appliances and the best stocked home on the Key. We are between the public beach (.1 mile) and Stump Pass State Park (.5 miles). Close to wonderful restaurants with live island music where you can dance the night away.

We are dog friendly and your fur babies have a fenced yard for their protection. There are big screen smart T.V.'s in every room, high speed internet, Netflix and plenty of books and games, so make yourself at home.
If you are wild about nature, you will love the stroll to Stump Pass Park. There are 265 acres of sandy trails, boating and miles of pristine beaches. The wildlife is amazing. Artists and sun worshippers aren't the only species drawn to our little island. Our breathtaking beach is also popular with fisherman and ecotourists. It isn't unusual to be joined by a heron on your walk, see a pelican fishing as you throw out your line, or perhaps you'll come across dolphins at play. Take a walk on the wild side and watch the sea turtle nests come alive with hatchlings May 1 to October 31.
Our key is famous for shelling and finding fossilized sharks teeth as you walk the newly renourished beach. Snorkel in the clear water for sand dollars and everything tropical. Put up our umbrella because there's lots of room. We're just far enough from the public beach that you can enjoy the sunsets undisturbed.
For all you fishing enthusiasts, the area is the second largest marine estuary in the state. You will find several species in our waters. Boat to nereby Boca Grand the "Tarpon Capital of the World". The area has several boat ramps so bring your boat. We have plenty of room to park or just fish from the private dock.
