Weekend trip

Overall our stay was great. My only complaint is that the attraction package was not honored. The day of our trip to the Titanic museum the free ticket was not accepted. This issue was unable to be resolved in time for our visit. Very disappointed

Noisy bed but overall good

House was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. WiFi worked great. Other then the noisy bed from the plastic on it and the parking situation it was a good experience.

Our getaway

Very steep driveway and parking area. The place could use a real good cleaning and some updating, but we enjoyed our stay.

Just mediocre

I guess for the price the cabin was just ok. It did have what we needed to fix breakfast and the living room furniture was comfortable. The bathroom is not suitable for tall people. The sink, toilet and shower head are very low. The property could use a good cleaning. It was surface clean but lots of cobwebs and very dusty. The parking is terrible. There’s a place to park but the asphalt is not smoothe and the “guardrails” are falling apart. It’s quite steep. We will not stay here again.

Elegant Escapes cabin

The cabin is beautiful but be warned it is on a steep incline and difficult to find at night. The house creeks and makes many strange noises in the night but overall it was close to everything, and well maintained

Cozy and private

This cabin was spacious and welcoming, while offering privacy and only a few minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Everything we wanted on our honeymoon.

Great location and nice house.

Great location and nice house only downside was the bed. Really uncomfortable and woke you up every time you turned over. Sounded like you were sleeping on bubble wrap.

In need of repairs & updates

We were severely disappointed in the condition of this cabin. Upon arrival, this cabin was very dirty & is in need of several updates and repairs. The foliage around the cabin was overgrown and scraggly, and blocked that beautiful view that is advertised on the listing (with what are obviously old photographs). The grill was filthy and not operational, even if it had been clean. The hot tub was very low on water and did not have chlorine in it (and this was never tended to during our 4 night stay, despite being told the hot tub man would come check it). The glass on the doors going to the balcony was so filmy you couldn't see out, as was the glass on the fireplace. The mattress was the worst I've ever slept on, making the loudest racket every time we moved! The worst, for us, though, was the condition of the bathroom and the whirlpool tub. They had not been cleaned in quite some time, and the bathtub and whirlpool were full of mold. The bathroom blind was broken, and a cabinet door was completely missing off of the bathroom sink cabinet. Someone's old contact lens was in the floor of the bathroom. Vacasa did send someone out to fix what he could, and a cleaning lady came and cleaned the whirlpool, but it was nearly 24 hours after we arrived and I voiced the foregoing complaints. By that time, in order to take a shower, I had gone and purchased bleach and cleaned the tub and other areas of the bathroom myself. I have never been so disgusted, particularly given the amount of money I paid to stay here!

Mountain Home

The access to the house was challenging due to the slope of the driveway. The house was as advertised but is in need of updating. The vanity door is missing from the bathroom cabinet & the furniture is in need of cleaning as it smells musty. The hot tub is in good working condition, however the cover has to be removed without the assistance of a lift bar. Overall this is a nice home but it needs some updates to make it a spectacular home.

Disappointed

This property was very disappointing-NOT clean, steep driveway, nothing like the last time we stayed in Pigeon Forge. The cabin looked rundown and not updated at all.

Good bones but tired furnishings

The cabin was pretty clean (was not “deep clean” clean) upon arrival, and we had no issues with the unit. However, the furniture and appliances are quite tired and worn. The outside of the cabin and grounds also were not very well kept, so the first impression upon arrival is not very positive.

Our stay

Good fire place, comfy bed and view of the mountains in on the balcony, we used the hot tub and grill. parking can be tight wouldn’t drive a large truck here but a car or medium SVU won’t be a problem. Kitchen supplies could improve, no cookie sheet, oven mittens or wine glasses, but I let management know so hopefully they will stock those things.

Cozy, but needs work

Overall, our stay was pleasant. This cabin is very close to the main pigeon forge strip (only about 10 minutes from Dollywood). The fireplace and view made it a very cozy cabin to chill in. The pool table and arcade machine were in decent condition and were a fun touch. However, this place is in need for some maintenance. First, the hot tub water was very low (lower than the filter) and the water was a faint yellow (gross). The shower did not drain water, several things were broken in the bathroom, and there were only two towels provided for our entire 3 night stay. The bed is not really comfortable at all - it's a spring mattress that sits atop two box springs which makes the center of the bed very hard. The sheets were also cheap feeling and itchy. If these issues are addressed, this would be a fantastic cabin to recommend to family and friends.

Shoort getaway

The cabin was very nice, parking was a bit of an issue but nothing you can't handle. The cabin is spacious and clean, but only one bathroom, which would be a problem for multiple people. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, but not well stocked at all. I would take all your own skillets, condiments and glasses, hot pads etc. The tvs quit working after a day or two. The location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was very good, both just minutes away.

This cabin was really nice. Looks just like the pictures. Furniture is a little old and outside of the cabin needs some landscaping work. Parking was difficult. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves during our stay.
