About this property

This property is perfect for a family beach vacation. This large, spacious condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico that has entries from the living room and master suite. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs.
The condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The balcony can be accessed from the master suite. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Each with flat screen televisions.
The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a flat screen television for your enjoyment.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
The dining room table seats 4 comfortably. There is also a snack bar area for extra seating.
Guests have full use of the laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies.
The unit offers free wi-fi. Guests can park in the parking area or in a covered garage.
The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness/aerobic room, picnic/cooking pavilion with grills. The 'Hangout' is .8 miles from the complex. It is an easy enjoyable walk to the Hangout. Pier 33 is a convenient store located directly across the road. Bahama Bobs, West Beach Grille and Bob's Restaurant are all within walking distance.
There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theaters, miniature golf, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex.
The Gulf Shores area is extremely family friendly with many activities for all ages.
Please keep in mind that this condo is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony.

I loved the condo. It was in a perfect location away from crowds. Additionally, the high ceilings and décor truly made it feel like I was at an elegant beach condo. I would definitely recommend.

Great place right on the water!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean, comfy beds, nicely decorated and loved the views from balcony. Nice amenities with pool, hot tub and work out room. Great location also. Communication with owner was great. Would stay again. Note to bring your own beach towels.

We're senior citizens. We take it slow, enjoy the beauty of the seashore and eat a lot of good sea food. The weather cooperated fairly well all week and the beach service was excellent. Also, we were very impressed with the decor of your condo!

Girlfriend Trip

My friend & I took a road trip and stayed at Island Royale in Gulf Shores. It was perfectly located on a beautiful white sand beach right outside the building doors. Opening the balcony doors to hear the ocean waves and have coffee outside was a real treat. I would definitely go back here.

Great condo!

Lovely condo and beach but feel somewhat “nickel and dimed” for things that, in my opinion, should be standard. Toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap are pretty inexpensive amenities

Awesome

This was one of the most beautiful properties we've stayed! Everything was exquisitely clean and decorated! We were there with our 3 grandchildren. Ages 6 10 and 12. They were very well-mannered. We went to the OWA water park where we spent most of the day. The boys enjoyed sleeping on the pull out bed with the large TV and our granddaughter lived her beautiful room. We enjoyed briefly sitting on the balcony! I already told my husband that I want to come back without kids.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful place to stay

Perfect size for two of us. Beds were comfortable. The view was exceptional. Kitchen was well stocked, although I did have to buy salt and pepper. Loved being so close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful in all aspects.. the beach, condo and all were great!

It was my husband's first time to the beach and he and I both loved it, we're already planning for next year 😀. The only thing we would suggest is coffee filters and extra toilet paper.. other than that everything else was fantastic.. thank you for letting us enjoy your beach space..🐬🦈🐚🏝👫🥰 ages 57 and 59 😁

Property was very clean. Great location and very easy access to the beach.

We had an issue with the AC unit one day and as a result had a bad nights rest. The property owner refunded us a day of our stay for our troubles. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you.
