Gulfront pool and private beach ,small complex and not very crowded.

Ample dining seating for 8 and 2 sofas and chair in living area

Loved everything about this place. Nice waking up every morning and seeing the gulf in our backyard. This place was a plus for us especially since we had twin infants with us so we were able to take turns on watching them and not have to leave the beach scenery. Only downside is that the washer wasn’t working the 4 out of 6 days we were there and having infants with us we needed laundry done on day 2 as well as everyone else. Overall tho we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Close to beach but not clean
The unit was very old, not well maintained and definitely not as clean as others I have stayed at, we were happy with the location and the girls at the office were all so helpful. We had to clean ourselves before we put anything away, We did not sit outside on the balcony so I can not say anything about the furniture there, it was literally a couple older chairs. I had to clean the refrigerator before even putting our food inside. Will not go back there. I have never left a negative review before this place. I feel like the owners need to update all appliances and bedrooms as well as doing major repairs to the unit. The price was definitely not what I should have paid for this unit.

Very Enjoyable and Relaxing!
Great location—close to restaurants, entertainment, groceries, and shopping. AWESOME beach—not overly crowded like the beaches on either side of us! Destin-Fort Walton Airport only 30 minutes away. Decor is a little outdated but who goes to the beach to stay inside the condo all of the time!

Weather wasn’t perfect everyday but the trip was great couldn’t beat the cleanliness and location and the private beach! No one wanted to leave!!

Amazing Location with Private Beach
We stayed here for our family spring break vacation and it was a wonderful time. The property is very clean, secure, and within 100 feet of the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation in Destin. We will be staying here again in the future.
