Un super séjour au centre de Cauterets bien qu'un petit peu bruyant !
Super séjour à Cauterets, logement adapté aux enfants en plein centre avec place de parking ce qui semble un bien précieux !!! Le logement est très bien équipé ! Dans les moins: la VMC est vraiment bruyante et il y a quelques marches qui peuvent se révéler un peu dangereuses !

Conciergerie aux abonnés absents donc pas d'accueil et pas d'état des lieux... Logement dans son jus. Hormis la situation et la partie cuisine-salon, c'était excessivement Bruyant, étriqué et dangereux avec des marches entre chambres, couloir et autres pièces.

Super séjour! Appartement vraiment agréable!
Appartement vraiment agréable, propre et bien situé! Le fait d’avoir un parking est vraiment un plus! La terrasse est assez grande pour manger dehors (si le temps le permet)! Espace salon assez spacieux et convivial! Nous étions 4 adultes et une enfant, c’était parfait pour 5! La localisation est top que ce soit par rapport aux remontées ou aux commerces! Je pense que si nous devons revenir sur cauteret nous relouerons cet appartement! Et merci à la concierge pour sa gentillesse malgré la forte affluence en ces vacances d’hiver!

Très belle semaine de vacances à Cauterets. L’appartement est très bien situé à quelques mètres des œufs ! Logement propre et bien agencé pour une cinquantaine de m2 ! Le seul axe d’amélioration serait de changer les menuiseries (vitrage trop fin) ! les nuisances sonores sont présentes la nuit et matin (ramassage de poubelles, etc). Compliqué pour des bébés. Mais sinon je recommande fortement ce logement proche de toutes commodités !

Accueil minimaliste pas de visite de l’appartement, explications vite expédiées. Le cout du ménage 80€ qui nous a été annonce au dernier moment nous a refroidi sachant que l’appartement n’était pas impeccable. La personne de l’accueil qui fait le ménage nous a poussé vers la sortie lorsque je me suis permis d’attirer l’attention sur l’état du four… Aucune réponse à notre texto qui précisait notre heure de départ. Travaux de modernisation de la plomberie et de la douche nécessaires.

Gérante compétente et agréable. Appartement confortable.
Ayant contacté 2 jours avant, par téléphone, la gérante, j'ai suivi ses indications et la remise des clés a été facile. Appartement bien chauffé et très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Bon espace pour 6 personne. Dommage les petites différences de niveaux avec 2 à 3 marches. Bien situé près des commerces et de la télécabine. Un balcon où nous avons pu manger sous le soleil du midi.
