For me housing has three really interesting and nice elements: - First of all it is very well located. It is close to many tourist places: Grévin museum, department stores, Opéra de Paris .... In addition there are many bars and restaurants. - Then it has just been redone in December 2019) and therefore is quite ready to welcome its first customers - I do not offer specific services but simply a great accommodation! The apartment is located in the heart of the 9th district in the district "Grands Boulevards" which is one of the historic districts of Paris and is in a very central position. It is located opposite the Grevin Museum, 5 minutes from the department stores (Galeries Lafayette and Printemps) and 10 minutes from the Paris Opera. It is very close to many restaurants, bars and especially very well served by metro with the station Le Peletier (line 7). Déplorable
Nos vacances ont été gâchées car à notre arrivée vers 16h, nous avons constaté l'absence de chauffage dans notre appartement nr 33 (32 rue Drouot). Nous avons immédiatement contacté vos services. Rien n'a été fait cependant. A 20h30, après x appels, on nous a proposé un autre appartement soit disant chauffé (nr 35) mais qui ne l'était pas du tout. Nous avons dormi avec nos manteaux ainsi que notre bébé en sachant qu'il faisait 6' degrés dehors. Ceci est inacceptable .

Bon rapport qualité prix bien placé
Beau studio avec une chambre, deux grands lits, bon rapport qualité prix pour Paris, bien situé dans un quartier calme et plutôt central.La salle de bain est petite mais rien ne manque, la cuisine aussi est petite mais bien équipée, les lits sont confortables, tv, sèche cheveux, cafetière, impeccable.Le système à code est très pratique et l'immeuble est cossu.Un petit rafraichissement des peintures et des joints de la douche ne serait pas un luxe.

A nosotros nos encantó lo cerquita que está del Louvre, fuimos caminando perfectamente y tbm está a 6 paradas de metro de la Torre, o sea, todo un acierto!

Location was good with restaurants and attractions. Metro is across the street. Only downside is bathroom is small and very bad smell from sewer. This smell will not go away!
