The apartment is located in the heart of the 9th district in the district "Grands Boulevards" which is one of the historic districts of Paris and is in a very central position. It is located opposite the Grévin Museum, 10 minutes from the department stores (Galeries Lafayette and Printemps) and 10 minutes from the Paris Opera. It is very close to many restaurants, bars and especially very well served by metro with the station Le Peletier (line 7). For me housing has three really interesting and nice elements: - First of all it is very well located. It is close to many tourist places: Grévin museum, department stores, Opéra de Paris .... In addition there are many bars and restaurants. - Then it has just been redone in December 2019) and therefore is quite ready to welcome its first customers - I do not offer specific services but simply a great accommodation! It is very close to many restaurants, bars and especially very well served by metro with the station Le Peletier (line 7).

NOT WHAT WE RENTED-SMELLED
The unit we got was not what was pictured at all. Super super tiny--have no idea how four people good stay there--especially four adults. Had to walk over the bed to get to the bathroom. It was clean and the mattress comfortable. However, the room smelled very bad coming from the shower--we had to keep a towel over it and air the room out when we got back. Again, the pictures were NOT what we got. This person Sebastien works for a conglomerate that we got the bill from WS Grand Apartments so no interaction which would have been fine if what we rented was what we got.
