Charming house on the edge of the Odet near Quimper- Gite Equinoxe

The Equinoxe accommodation in the Kerdour estate is located in a farmhouse in the center of a property on the edge of the quiet Odet, yet close to Quimper and the sea.

The decoration of the accommodation is simple and warm, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the Odet River. Access is by a staircase (two steps). It has a ground floor with a living room opening onto a terrace with a view of the river, a kitchenette and a shower room and a bedroom on the 1st floor opening onto the surrounding countryside.
The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, and an oven.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet.
You have at your disposal a WiFi connection and a television.
A washing machine common to both accommodation is available in the adjoining annex.

We are 2 km from Quimper (7 km from the city center) and 5 km from Plomelin.
We are less than 10 minutes from the castles of Kérambleiz and Kérouzien which organize receptions and weddings.
You will find 2.5 km the golf of Kerbernès, 8.5 km the golf of Lanniron, 20 min the golf of Bénodet.
We are 11 minutes from Quimper's two swimming pools and tennis courts as well as its nautical base, 15 minutes from Sainte Marine beach.
For riders, you can reserve a place in the field and park your van. In Plomelin you can go horse riding (Three horse clubs).
In Quimper you will find all types of restaurants and crêperies, cinemas, theater, media library, etc.
On Île Tudy and Sainte-Marine, two charming little ports, you will also find restaurants, crêperies and bars. You can also go to Bigouden country by the ferryman on Tudy Island or by road, by Pont l'Abbé.
