Beautiful location
This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood just 15-20 minutes from downtown Annapolis. The neighborhood was quiet and scenic- exactly what we wanted during our stay. The view was beautiful!
The property can certainly use some updates- the dock (particularly the steps leading to the dock) and the rooftop deck (which we didn’t dare step on), should likely be replaced as I’m almost certain they wouldn’t pass codes.
The house is spacious and comfortably fit 9 of us. The showers in each bathroom let out very little water, which I’m assuming is a water pressure issue. It wasn’t enough of an issue to contact the owner during our brief stay, but it was certainly a nuisance. One of the sliding doors did not work, which the owner made very clear. This wasn’t an issue, but should probably be fixed eventually given the price guests are paying for their stay. The decor of the home was a bit odd, but the beautiful location and stunning views made up for it.
All in all, we enjoyed the property and the location, but agreed that certain changes should be made for the comfort of guests. I will say the owner was very kind, responsive, and even made special accommodations for our group which we very much appreciated!!
