The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Finca Palacios is a Spanish-style furnished and spacious Finca ideally located in the outskirts of Benissa. Only 10 Min. drive away from the beautiful coastline where we find some of the most prestigious beaches and coves of the area. The Finca is surrounded by traditional vineyards. The location is ideal for anyone in search of a peaceful holiday experience. Finca Palacios offers delightful pine furnishings and boasts an impressive exterior area.

We find parking for 5 cars including a garage, that follows towards the spacious terrace, surrounding the large private swimming pool, sunbeds, a built-in BBQ, and a roofed veranda, all encompassed by a traditional style garden with pine and palm trees. The entire accommodation is on two-stories connected with internal stairs. We enter through a conservatory with a dining table and a relaxing sitting place overlooking the pool area. From there, we enter a large dining/living room with Sat+TV+DVD +A/C.

We flow to a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dining table, followed by 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom sharing a bathroom, both with air condition units. Stairs lead up to another double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all three with A/C units sharing a further bathroom. On the bottom floor, we also find a large garage where also a ping-pong table, a washing machine, and a guest toilet can be found.
