Situated in a peaceful location, this nice Finca enjoys pretty views of the surrounding mountains, almonds and wine fields. Within a few minutes drive to Benissa's old town and 10 minutes drive to Benissa coast with its famous coves and small beaches where a selection of shops, bars and restaurants can be found. Several restaurants and a small shop are just a few minutes walk.
This traditional furnished villa enjoys a private swimming pool, spacious sun patio, and outdoor covered dining area with BBQ. The entrance from the covered patio leads into a living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD.
The fitted kitchen is well equipped. A double bedroom with A/C, one twin bedroom with A/C unit and one bunk bedroom sharing a shower/toilet, plus another double bedroom with A/C and ensuite bathroom are on this level. All the rooms are on one level.
