This high-end 9th floor unit offers chic furnishings, upgraded appliances and incredible, unobstructed views of our beloved Gulf Coast! Relax on your oversized balcony and soak in your own private hot tub, or prep and cook your favorite cut of meat at the outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill. The views are simply breathtaking, boasting picturesque vistas of sugar-white sands and emerald waters. Thoughtfully decorated with your comfort in mind, the interior is adorned with a sophisticated, yet modern beach-inspired décor. Because this is an exclusive corner unit, you’ll have over 3600 square feet of luxury to enjoy, including an open floor plan and beautiful glass windows spanning from the floor all the way up to the sprawling 10 foot ceilings.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to create the perfect meal, and makes entertaining a breeze! It features WOLF appliances, a Sub Zero refrigerator, granite countertops throughout, and a wet bar including a wine chiller and ice maker. It’s a kitchen even award-winning chefs would envy! The dining area hosts a beautiful wood table with seating for 8, and the huge breakfast bar offers additional seating for 6 and additional seating at the breakfast bar!

The master suite is surely fit for a king, featuring a King size bed, an LED television, gulf front balcony access and breathtaking views. The attached master bath offers granite countertops, a glass walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub that’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of play at the beach. There’s even a wall-mounted flat screen in the bathroom! The second and third bedrooms are also suites, featuring King beds, LED TVs and gulf views! The fourth bedroom offers a king as well. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms feature flat screen televisions, luxury linens and quality mattresses, not to mention their own private baths, with a half bath for guests!

Great views in a spacious pad
Took the family there for Spring Break and had a great time. The building has good amenities and the location cannot be any closer to the beach. Staff was hard working, friendly and polite.

The property is impressive! Spacious and well decorated. My family was well pleased. The weather in mid September was perfect. The overall property was impressive as well. My grandchildren loved the lazy river and the inside pool.

First Family Vacay
This was our first opportunity to take our adult children and our grandchildren all on a vacation together. It was important that everyone have their own room and bathroom. This condo not only had that but had plenty of common space for us all to stretch out and be comfortable. The kitchen was amazing with the multi dishwasher situation Big fridge and all the pots and pans glasses etc that we needed. This condo had great views and helped us have an amazing time at the Gulf. Everything was clean and the one minor issue we had was responded to right away after I sent a message. We would definitely return. When I suggested trying other resorts next time.. my husband was not at all interested because we had such a good time at turquoise Turquoise.

We come to Orange Beach for two weeks every October. This was our first time staying in Turquoise Place, very nice condo. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked.

Friends Vacation
The property was just as described, amazing ! There were 8 adults and plenty of room for all of us! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and a gas grill to grill the fish the men caught on their fishing trip! Our favorite place was the huge balcony. We had coffee there every morning and watched the dolphins swim by. I would highly recommend!!!!

Love the Turquoise and have stayed numerous times in the past. Elevators are slow. Staying in this unit we were unable to use the gas grill due to its location on the balcony . The winds were too high.

The property was clean, neat and stocked well. Beautiful views all around. One of the guest beds was too firm causing my son to wake up in pain and another bedroom had an unpleasant odor coming we think from the area rug but all rooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms. The outside kitchen has storm damage but the grille worked fine. The unit is soundproof so you did not hear neighbors. The refrigerator had a puddle under it every day from a possible loose seal but not a big deal. We arrived in time for tropical storm Claudette to hit and still had an enjoyable stay. The staff was all very courteous and friendly. My text messages were always answered promptly. There were 8 of us and lots of room to spread out. The rental price was a lot more than we had hoped to spend but making memories with my kids and grandkids made it worthwhile.

This property made a great vacation better
The week we stayed the weather wasn't cooperating, winds were >15mph. Having 3 pools and the lazy river gave us other options than sitting on the beach getting sand blasted. The unit was amazing! Very clean. Had zero issues with any appliances, and we used everything. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I will say, you have to wait to reopen freezer once closed. (It makes you wait a few seconds) The hot tub and patio were especially nice, and we found ourselves often relaxing on it. The unit was super spacious, plenty of room for our group and baby and play. I look forward ro staying again soon!

We came in for 2 nights. I brought my family and we all fit comfortably, It was spacious l, everything in the house works, decors are pretty, the Unit was super clean, property managers answered me very quickly and they were accommodating.
