Welcome to my single storey house located at an altitude of 450m in Montfaucon, 10 minutes from Besançon
You will have private access to 3 double bedrooms (3 new double beds) for 6 people maximum as well as: the kitchen, the dining room, the living room with tv, 2 bathrooms, WC, double terrace, swimming pool, lawn.
The swimming pool (accessible in summer) is located out of sight. Group parties and birthdays are not allowed. Cancellation possible 14 days before 100% refunded.Fiber Wi-Fi. Cot on request.
There will be no other people but you.
The garage is not part of the rental.

location très sale

La location était très sale à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû nettoyer nous mêmes le jour même et le lendemain et racheter du matériel et produits de nettoyage. Bien que propriétaire soit revenu nettoyer dans la semaine mais ce n'était toujours convenable. Les meubles de jardin (chaises ,tables ...) sont de mauvaise qualité et peu confortables. Piscine non utilisable . Location bien située dans une une belle région
