"Great property located in the heart of Madrid in the Lavapies. 2 minutes from Anton Martin Metro, next to the Plaza de Lavapies, supermarkets, bars, hairdressers, cinemas. Access all kinds of leisure and transport. 10 minutes from the Atocha train station and 15 minutes from Puerta del Sol.
Completely renovated and new. It consists of a kitchen, equipped with washer, extractor, fridge and 2 ring hob, a separate lounge. Two double bedrooms with wardrobes and bathrooms inside the rooms. The rooms overlook a courtyard but bright and has indoor and outdoor clothesline. Including all basic menage for 2 people.

Great local neighborhood, lively outside, quiet at home

We loved returning to Madrid and exploring a new neighborhood. Great local bars, restaurants, close to museum and train station. Though a quirky layout it was great to have 2 bedroom and kitchenette. Disappointed wifi not included. More instructions on washing machine would be welcome though we figured it out. Great tv options and felt at home.
