Horrible experience, scammed me out of $650 and I was never able to access or stay in the apartment.

This property does not communicate at all. After attempting to book months in advance, I never received any sort of confirmation or communication, and no charge or hold on my credit card to indicate a successful booking. After reaching out multiple times to try to confirm and receiving no answer, I made alternate accommodations. Then, the day before my trip they charged me the full amount of the booking. Only after being charged did I receive any information about my stay, which I immediately tried to cancel and receive even a partial refund but they were unreceptive to my complaints and provided no assistance. VRBO should remove this partner from their site, or I will be using Airbnb for all my bookings from now on.
