Apartment Saint Malo - 2 bedrooms - 4 people

Family apartment located in Saint Malo in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from the large Sillon beach and Intra-Muros. The apartment was completely renovated in September 2019 and can accommodate 6 people (ideal for 4 people).

Layout:
- Bedroom 1: 140x190 cm bed
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90x190 cm (which can be pushed together)
- Living room: convertible sofa (140x190 cm), TV, library, etc..
- Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, etc..
- Free WIFI.

Situation:
- 10 mins walk from the large Sillon beach.
- 3 mins walk from the TGV station.
- 3 mins walk from Rocabey market (Thursday-Saturday).
- Close to all shops.
- 20 mins walk from Intra-Muros (old town / ramparts)
- 40 mins by car from Mont Saint-Michel

We provide you with 4 adult bikes for free to ride in the Corsair city.

The household linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price of the reservation. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. A cleaning option at the end of the stay is however possible with a participation of 50 €.

It was amazing

I would like to thank Clement and his family for the wonderful house we lived and for the care and attention they devoted to us. The location of the property is perfect: in the quiet neighborhood but close to everything: beaches, markets, stores, the old town, the promenade, the church, cafes..and whatever you may want to attend in Saint Malo. The house is cozy, clean with everything you may need to live comfortably. Clement is a kind, supportive, and very responsible host. Special thank you for the bikes. The bikes are good quality and they give such freedom: you can go any place you wish. We cycle almost each day about 10-20 km and each direction of our trips was unforgettable. The Bretagne is a beautiful place which offers endless opportunities to enjoy and appreciate life. I hope to be back and if so, I would love to stay again in Clement’s house, if he is ok with us to visit again.

Nous avons passé 4 jours agréables dans votre appartement bien cosy.

Nous apprécions l'indépendance de l'appartement (portail séparé et escaliers à l'extérieur). Les vélos sont très pratiques pour nos 2 ados qui ont bien découvert Saint Malo de leur façon. L'appartement est un peu loin d'Intra Muros (30min à pied) mais proche au marché et à la plage. Nous n'avons pas vu le host mais il est disponible rapidement par messages. Merci à vous.

Wir haben uns in dieser geräumigen, gemütlich eingerichteten, sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Saint Malo und die wunderschöne bretonische Küste zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend, sehr freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Danke schön für den Cidre zur Begrüßung! Sollten wir Saint Malo mal wieder besuchen, werden wir gerne wieder anfragen - danke schön! Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cet appartement spacieux, confortablement meublé et très bien équipé. Celui-ci était un point de départ idéal pour profiter de Saint Malo et de la magnifique côte bretonne. La communication avec l'hôte était excellente, très amicale, la remise des clés simple. Merci pour le cidre de bienvenue ! Si nous revenons à Saint-Malo, c'est avec plaisir que nous ferons une nouvelle demande - merci !

Séjour à Saint-Malo

Le logement est très confortable et idéalement situé. Nous pouvions tout faire à pieds (plage à 10 minutes et intra muros à 20 minutes) tout en étant logés dans une rue très calme. Il est très facile de se garer dans les environs, nous avons d'ailleurs toujours trouvé de la place dans la rue. Le propriétaire était tout à fait disponible pour répondre à nos différentes questions. Nous conseillons vivement cette location !

Parfait pour un weekend

Appartement idéal pour une famille de 3/4 personnes. Proche de la gare et de la plage du Sillon. Intra muros accessible à pied avec une bonne marche (20/30 min avec un enfant). Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute (merci encore pour la flexibilité sur les horaires !) qui loue son bien en toute confiance.

Super ausgestattet

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt 700m zum Strand, Markt in 10 Minuten zu Fuß, toller Intermarche in 300m. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Anliegergegend und ist sehr gemütlich. Liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Was die Ausstattung anbelangt die beste FeWo, die wir je hatten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und unkompliziert, bei Problemen hat er sich unmittelbar gekümmert. Fahrräder stehen sogar zur Verfügung und in Saint Malo gibt es sehr viele Radwege. Wir würden diese Wohnung und diesen Vermieter jederzeit empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. L'appartement est parfaitement situé à 700m de la plage, marché à 10 minutes à pied, super Intermarché à 300m. Il est situé dans un quartier calme et très agréable. Aménagé avec amour et parfaitement équipé. En ce qui concerne l'équipement, c'est le meilleur appartement que nous ayons jamais eu. La communication avec le propriétaire était bonne et simple, il s'est occupé directement des problèmes. Des vélos sont même à disposition et il y a beaucoup de pistes cyclables à Saint Malo. Nous recommanderions cet appartement et ce propriétaire à tout moment. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Saint-Malo verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und bietet alles, was eine Familie braucht. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und so steht der Vorbereitung jeder Mahlzeit nichts im Wege. Der Strand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Supermarkt in gerade 10 Minuten. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Alles verlief super und wir kommen gerne wieder!

séjour très agréable, beau temps pendant 2 semaines (canicule 2 jours même en Bretagne...). Logement conforme à la description, nous étions à l'aise à 5 personnes adultes. Appart refait à neuf propre et fonctionnel, très calme mais "vivant" car habité. Gare et Intermarché tout neuf à 5 min à pied, plage à 10 min, et vélos disponibles pour explorer plus loin. Parfait pour qqs jours, merci !

Tres joli et pratique appartement

Nous y avons passé 3 semaines d’août avec mes enfants avec plaisir. L’appartement est fonctionnel, très lumineux et la déco épurée et agréable. Il est facile de se rendre intra mûros à pied en vélo et aussi en bus à partir de la station toute proche. Aussi apprécie le principe selon lequel caféhuile vinaigre et autres produits de base sont la et chacun contribue à les remplacer au fil des besoins - cela évite le côté pénible d’une location totalement vide quand on arrive.
