Relaxing stay
The condo was nice and in a great location to restaurants, bike trails and some of our favorite local sites. Really enjoyed the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset. We look forward to our next stay!

Needs TLC
The condo needs some TLC. Updating on the furniture. The beds made horrible sqeeking noises any time you moved. The pillows were flat and need to be replaced. The comforter was way too small for the king bed in the master and the other blanket was stained. The couches have been well loved. The pics online must have been taken years ago. When we arrived the condo had a horrible fishy smell. I had to buy air freshners to mask the smell. I let the owners know and they offered to have someone come out but I declined. I do not like having someone come in after all our stuff is there or waiting on someone. That smell got better but did not completely go away. I would not stay at this unit again.

I'd love to book directly with the owner. The condo was smaller than we originally thought but it worked out ok. I'm not sure 9 people would sleep comfortably. We had 7 total in our group. We loved being on the 2nd floor. We didn't have enough wash clothes and towels for a week. So I washed them every other day. The balcony was amazing and very big. Had it been warmer we may have slept outside. The bathroom in the master was big. The beds squeaked a lot. The bedding on the master was wonderful . The extra beds had the very thin bedding. We were very close to the indoor pool that was convenient. There was 3 hot tubs inside. We loved the grocery and luggage carts. It made bring things up very easy. There was also 4 grills you could use outside by the pool. The property people who cleaned, checked pool levels, etc was super nice. Over all we loved the place and had a wonderful time. And will be back.

Great unit!
Great location, property was nice and clean. Unit itself could use some updates- outside side of fridge was rusty, toilet brush in master bedroom was rusty, one cabinet door was very loose, beds were not comfortable and they were pretty loud,touch up on the paint here and there. Other than that it was nice! Would book this unit again.

Beautiful balcony view, great location but all for the beds/mattresses are extremely worn and uncomfortable, even noisy..beds are very unsturdy ..otherwise fine, could use some updating but was perfect for the few days we were there. The floors appeared clean at first glance but after walking barefoot and the bottoms of our feet were black, I’d say it could use a really good mopping. Probably would not stay here again just because of the sleeping/mattress situation

A good trip in a bad room
So, I've taken a lot of time to think about this, and after talking with the others who stayed with us, we decided on the 2 stars. Every time we walked into the condo, it smelled. I think the smell was old grease, and the amount of gnats in the kitchen sort of back that up. They say the room is for 9 people, but there were only 2-3 wash cloths. The sofa mattress was extremely rough looking. We weren't expecting a great one, but it was extremely old, with springs sticking out of the bottom of it. Another thing to note is that there was no dustpan. It's a beach condo, so of course you will want to sweep up the sand you track in. That's really hard to do with no dustpan, and you couldn't even sweep it out onto the balcony. We ended up having to sweep it into a corner. We also killed several roaches during our stay. To top it off, there is no mention of a parking pass limit. We had 3 separate cars, and we found out shortly before the trip that we would only be allowed 2 parking passes, so be prepared to park off-site if you have more than 2 vehicles for your 9 tenants. As for the positives, the AC was great, and the beach view was great.

Great Vacation!
Condo was clean and was in a great location to oversee both the pool and beach. A great location to see the fireworks. Furniture was a little dated but was comfortable. Temperature of refrigerator was not cold when we arrived and took most of day 1 to cool down. One of the dining room chairs had a broken leg. These were the only things that we noted. Highly recommend!

Great Rental/Poor Management
The condo was wonderful, very clean, the view was perfect as well as the balcony and amenities. We had 8 people staying here, 3 Adults, 5 children (10,11,10,3,2). The pull out mattress on the sofa was terrible. There is no way anyone could have attempted to sleep on it. All the other beds were comfortable and clean. If you do not have to use the pull out, then I fully reccomend the condo. Vacasa was absolutely terrible to work with. We were onsite after 4pm on a 12+hour long drive. We did not receive the code for the door until almost 5pm. I was on the phone with Vacasa from 3pm till 5pm. It was pulling teeth to just receive the code that lets me into the door. We never received an email or anything regarding the condominium. This condo would have been a 5/5 rating if it would not have been for the pull out mattress or Vacasa not being professional in the way they handle business.

Perfect spot
My group just needed a place to sleep for one night before embarking on our 4-day deep sea fishing trip from the nearby marina. This property made me wish we had a few more days to relax on land. It was centrally located to groceries, restaurant, our marina, the beach, and of course the Flora-Bama bar. The building, lobby, elevators, etc were more upscale than I expected from the listing. The 2br/2b unit has an enormous balcony/veranda that my group spent all of our free time on. Will return!

A little updating, a few rugs and some paint would go a long way. Overall, a pleasant stay and a steal for the price. Bonus points for easy check-in via text and a corner balcony.

Great getaway
The Phoenix complex was very clean and well-maintained. Friendly service at check-in and answering questions. The unit was nice and you have a great view from the patio that overlooks the pool area, as well as the beach. The condo unit needs to be updated, but it was clean and accomodating.

Disappointed
There aren’t many nice things to say about this condo. Firstly, there was NO dish soap in the kitchen, and no spatula. No toilet paper or toiletries in one of the bathrooms. First night there, went to use the oven, but every time I opened it to check on the food, the smoke detectors alarmed for about 10-15 seconds then stopped. When I called Vacasa about the issue, they had someone come out after 9pm only to tell us that there was nothing wrong with them. That was so inconvenient. Other safety issues included the A/C leaking in the hall and the wall outlets in the livingroom were coming out of the wall. As far as cleanliness, the tops of frames were dusty, and there a bag of chips under one of the night stands. And there were hardly any blankets and they were old and uncomfortable. Even the indoor decor needed a glow up/updating. And although the balcony was large, it really couldn’t be enjoyed because the pool fountain was so loud so we couldn’t hear the waves on the beach or have a peaceful conversation. Overall very disappointed with the quality of this condo, especially for the price paid. We will not be staying here again.

Beach great-condo fair
Smoke alarms went off when I boiled eggs and also when Granddaughter tried to curl her hair with the wand....also our door lock changed combo on us when we came back from beach and we had to wait over an hour for it to be fixed on the 3rd day of our vacation before we were able to use and get in and out of our condo.

A little below average
Beds were not made when we arrived, we had to call management to get them made as there was not enough bedding to make them ourselves. Floors were dirty and felt like they had sand on them. Switch plate was missing from a light switch in the kitchen, all of our party was adults, but would have been dangerous if we had children with us. Most of the wall outlets were lose and our chargers for our electronics kept coming out. Lighting in the bathrooms were really dark especially in showers. The unit does not look as nice in real life as it does in the pictures.
