The golfers in the club will be thrilled! The Craft Farms and Peninsula golf courses are nine and 14 miles away respectively. For some family-friendly fun, Highway 59 is only seven miles away and it features Waterville USA, Tiki's Mini-Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. The Gulf State Park offers visitors two miles of powdery sands and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico! There you can also find freshwater lakes where you can take a boat ride or glide along in a kayak, cycle and hike through scenic and memorable backcountry trails, and even enjoy an on-site restaurant.

Scenery from 3rd floor balcony was awesome. Nice kitchen with island, large microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, wet bar, plenty of room for 6 guests, very nice mattress and pillows, plenty of hot water, water pressure was great, washer and dryer to keep up with towels being used. Very nice indoor pool, the outdoor pool water was perfect temperature for swimming, plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, water spray to wash sand off at the walkway. And lots more to add.

Great Condo!

We loved our stay here! The layout of the building was a little odd, but it made for less noise than other condos we have stayed at. We loved being able to use the indoor and outdoor pools when there were too many jellyfish in the ocean. The condo is very well equipped and they supplied everything we needed, except beach towels, so make sure to bring those! The towels in the unit were small bath towels and there was only 1-2 per person, but they did provide detergent for multiple loads of laundry and had laundry in unit which was great. The on site management was very polite and helped us find our way around. We hope to stay there again next year!

Fun ladies getaway

The Palms 302 was perfect for the six of us ladies looking for a relaxing time away. There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were nice, the living room was a good size, there was seating for 6 to eat combining the table and counter seating, and the balcony was amazing for all of us to sit out in the evenings. The elevators are close to the unit and it was easy and quick to get down and out to the beach or to our car. The Palms is in a great area near many restaurants. We recommend GT’s and The Gulf! We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach and could see ourselves returning to the Palms.

This was our first time staying here. We loved the ease of beach access and the view. The kitchen was a great size. The bedrooms were spacious and gave our family plenty of room to spread out. I could definitely see us staying here again.

Exceptional Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property!! It was sparkling clean with every amenity you could imagine! The bedrooms were roomy and very nice bedding on comfortable beds. Plenty of comfortable seating in the common area and the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, and coffee makers. The large bathrooms were both very nice with big fluffy towels! We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and easy access to the beach. The Palms property has plenty of private parking and the grounds were very well kept. It was really an ideal visit and we will most definitely return.

Relaxing

Great condo!

Condo was very spacious and clean. We had plenty of linens and things we needed. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat! We could hop on the elevator and be in the sand in less than 5 minutes… with a 2 and 4 year old that is high on my priority list. Also can’t beat the proximity to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo, Great View, Noisy Construction

We were moved to this unit after having issues with the one we originally booked. Little did we know that there would be loud drilling noise coming from just below on the 2nd floor, starting at 8am each day we were there. Not exactly what we were expecting in terms of relaxing and sleeping in. The unit itself is huge, with a nice large master suite, King bed, and a really nice walk in shower with shelving for your toiletries. It was nice to have a fridge with ice maker and a washer and dryer in the unit as well, so we could keep up with laundry. The best part about this suite is the huge patio with lots of furniture for eating outside or relaxing with a book. The view is great and we enjoyed being out on the patio both during the day and at night. I liked that it was covered so we didn't have to sit in direct sun to enjoy the outdoor space. The unit is showing some wear, with several unpainted drywall repairs in different areas. I'd also recommend getting rid of the mirrors on the walls as they look quite dated and the suite is large enough not to need them to make it look bigger. I'd book this unit again, presuming the construction was done.

Good Vacation but a few condo problems

Condo was clean , well equipped and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay in this unit, but we did have some issues. The kitchen faucet was not in good working order. The laundry doors were off the hinges. Only one light, out of four, was working in the hall bathroom. One of the remotes was missing the back and only had one battery. Also there was a severe problem with fruit flies in the kitchen. On the day of arrival I reported the first two issues; the faucet, and doors, to Alysha. She asked if we wanted a service tech to come and work on the problems, but I told her no. These problems should have been discovered and resolved before we arrived. No one wants to go on vacation and have repairmen in and out.
