Very nice house for 4 people renovated in 2019 with access to a magnificent community pool and its flowered garden. 2 outdoor terraces, solarium, lounge with TV and international channels, large fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (new bedding), 1 separate WC, functional bathroom, air conditioning and heating. Close to shops and beaches. The house is located in the Golf district of Las Ramblas. The nearest shopping center is La Fuente, you will find a pharmacy, a bakery and many restaurants, great atmosphere in the evening. You also have the opportunity to take a walk along the canal behind the house.
