You won’t regret staying here

The resort and condo are beautiful. Easy access to the pool and beach. Great place for a family vacation. Restaurants, ice cream, live music and games, it’s all here.

Nice condo

This condo was very pretty and we had a great week. I would make a couple suggestions to the property owner. We had several family members staying in this complex and ours was the only that had the pantry space locked which did make space an issue. I can tell it was recently remodeled and it was very pretty and nicely decorated. Other items that might need attention are the master bath plug which would trip anytime the dryer was ran, several light bulbs were out, and the back bedroom closet door was off the tracks. Some of these are minor issues but just wanted them brought to your attention. Thank you for sharing your space we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice relaxing place to stay

This location was 12 miles from everything.....food, shopping..groceries. The resort was GREAT and the condo was wonderful! Only complaint is the mattresses are a bit on the hard side. We had a great view of the ocean . Being only on the 3rd floor, it was quite noisy outside on the patio during the day as we overlooked the pool, but not inside..

A Good Place to Relax

The condo is well appointed and is in a good location as a corner unit. The floors made our feet black the first night and the patio appeared to not have been cleaned. The queen bedroom bifold door was completely off and we could not get it back in track. We did not let these minor things ruin our trip as, all in all, the condo was comfortable for all six of us.

We absolutely LOVED LOVED this condo!!!! The location was amazing!

The only problems we had was the remotes in the master bedroom did not work and the tv in the den was difficult to work, other than that it was perfect!!!!

Stunning views

We loved the location of this condo as it offered stunning views and peaceful surroundings! The decor was lovely! It was convenient to the beach and pool. We could never get the tv in the master bedroom to change channels despite all efforts and the Keurig did not work but overall we enjoyed the accommodations!

Great last minute mini vacation location

The keyless entry was great as we ended up getting there later than expected. For a last minute mini vacation, the property was very clean, family friendly, and furnished very well with a great layout. The communication was great, even though I did not have to speak to anyone, all answers to my questions were provided via text, email, and/or displayed at the property. I will definitely recommend to anyone visiting this area.

The Beach Club

As soon as we got into the room, we noticed the floor was gritty like it had sand on it still - quite a bit of it too. Some of the dishes in cabinets had residue of food on it. The nozzle on the kitchen sink leaked and the dish washer didn’t work. We loved the layout of the condo though. We had lots of room and thought the layout was perfect for us (total 7). We’ve always loved vacationing at The Beach Club but was disappointed in how they were handling COVID. We witnessed several security guards inside the lobby at our tower without masks. Many of the guests were not wearing masks inside lobby and elevator. The pools were extremely crowded. We had a situation at the clubhouse and had to deal with management and they were extremely rude to us.

Relaxing hydaway

Great location, and loved being on the 3rd floor. Made for great pictures with the sunset. Easy access to the beautiful beach and pool. We choose this unit based on the twin beds and having 3 bedrooms. Nice to have a Keurig and a drip coffee pot too! There are a few suggestions I have. Most of the pots and pans are stainless steel, which it typically fine. Just found it hard to cook bacon in. Also I found no wine cork. But 3 graders 🤷🏻‍♀️. Lastly the Master king bed is so hard, like sleeping on the floor. The queen bed was softer, if you have a smaller party with you I would consider that bed. Sorry but this was my biggest disappoinment. That's the reason I gave it 4 stars. So glad we came to Gulf Shores. It's so pretty here. We will definitely be back.

Not What We Expected

The unit was dirty. Sand all over the floors. When we got into bed the first night the master bed was full of sand. The kitchen wasn’t very clean & the refrigerator had crumbs from the last people that used it. The main living room TV didn’t work. Had to call Maintanence. Several light bulbs out. One roll of toilet tissue. I had to call Vacasa the next morning because we got to our unit very late the night before. They were very nice & apologized for everything & sent a new cleaning crew over later that day & they did a very good job of cleaning & restocking what should have been in the units. Some of the furniture in the living room needed to be updated & more comfortable for sitting while watching TV. We’ve stayed in many 4/5 star condos & we have always been overall satisfied. This one was a disappointment so we won’t be using Vacasa again even though they followed through on returning our cleaning fee. We feel they need to screen there cleaning people a little better.

Our room was not cleaned when we entered at 4:00.

We called vacasa and was on hold for an hour and a half and gave up. The cleaning lady came in at 8:00 ! 4 hours late. We didn’t know if they were coming. No one bothered to let us know! Ruined our first night. NOT TO MENTION WE HAD TO MOVE INTO AN UNCLEAN ROOM? Not very safe!

Travelled with 4 adults and 16 month old. Loved the floor plan, furnishings. The balcony was wonderful and overlooked pool and beach. Great for people watching and bubble blowing! The Blue Angels practiced all week over the beach. I would stay here again!

Cute condo

Great balcony overlooking the pool. Cute decor and well-equipped. Beds were of average comfort. Because it was winter, most of the amenities at the resort were unavailable.
