Comfortable & Relaxing 2 BR 2 BA Oceanfront Condo with Amazing Ocean Views.

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

From your balcony, you’ll enjoy the spectacular Ocean City sunrises, watch dolphins swim, keep an eye on the family at the beach, or just relax. In addition to the views, the convenient location allows you to easily move back and forth from the beach to the unit without a hassle.

Located in North Ocean City on 126th street, this unit is convenient to all the Ocean City has to offer with many in great restaurants, stores and entertainment within walking distance!

This fabulous 2 BR, 2 BA unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two doubles. Both bedrooms have TVs. The nicely appointed kitchen has everything that you will need to cook fabulous meals on those nights that you want to eat in. In addition, you will love the tastefully decorated unit with unique pieces such as the library card filer as an entertainment center. The balcony has a table for enjoying meals al fresco along with a lounge area for relaxing and enjoying a cocktail while the refreshing summer breezes keep you cool!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Bonaire is an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spots is provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Outdoor shower for guest use
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 126th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Amazing place, location and view. I searched for handicap accessible places and this location had four stairs and a tall master bed which were very difficult for the elderly parent I care for.

Well equipped with beautiful views

This warm and well-equipped property provided everything we needed and more. The furnishings were comfortable and accommodating. The balcony provided sweeping ocean views, and the building was quiet and within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We look forward to returning next year.

The unit is clean and comfortable. The beach was a little more crowded than expected. Lots of folks putting up umbrellas and chairs as early as 7:30 am to get prime real estate. Great view from the balcony for morning sunrise.

Lovely Place, Beautiful Views

We stayed here as a family of 5 and it was perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable with everything you could need. Perfect spot to relax at the beach! You can see the ocean from the living room and dining room table along with a beautiful view from the master bedroom! Parking was no issue. Great location! Already looking to return again when new openings are listed!

Outstanding Views and Location

We enjoyed the property very much great location and fantastic view of ocean from balcony. The only issue we had was when on are balcony someone underneath us was definitely smoking cigarettes because we could smell it on are balcony.But would definitely stay there again.

Simply the best

I can’t say enough about our stay in this beautiful condo! The location was perfect - the quieter end of Ocean City yet still walking distance or a very short drive to incredible restaurants (Tequila Mockingbird and Pablo’s were highlights). The condo is decorated beautifully and photos were accurate. The best part was the patio and how quiet the building was even for a holiday weekend! We didn’t hear any other unit noise and loved every minute. Can’t wait to return.

First Time to Bonaire

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we pulled up to unload we were very disappointed to find no ramp or luggage carts. Everything had to be carried up steps, to the elevator and to the unit piece by piece. Once in the condo we realezed how very small the unit was - even the few clostets were more than half full of the owers belongings. The king bed was very high - you needed a step stool to get in. The doubles bed were of very poor quality - soft and uncomfortable. No extras for sure - like liquid soap in bathroom, coffee filters - paper towels do work! It was a cold weekend a alot of air came in around the sliding door to balcony. Nicely decorated but small - can't image 7 people there - four of us.
