Fantastic apartment of 100 m2, located on the main avenue of Armação de Pera, overlooking one of the best beaches.

The avenue is now pedestrian, is bustling with good terraces so you can enjoy the magnificent climate of the Algarve.

Very spacious apartment has the capacity to receive 4 people, a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen with all appliances and a large balcony on the beach ideal for sunbathing and dining overlooking the sea.

Next to the apartment there is a supermarket, WiFi zone, tourist office, restaurants, a playground and several local stores.

The building has an elevator and good access for people with reduced mobility as well as parking space in the garage.

The beach of Armacao de Pera has a large area of fine white sand. Ideal to rest and recharge your batteries or have a good time reveling in the bars scattered throughout the village.

This location offers several golf courses, water parks, and possibilities to practice various sports. The Castle of Silves is only 20Km.

Excellent Beachfront Apartment

Had a little trouble finding out where to get the keys due to a language barrier, but once I was given Mario’s number there was no problem. The place was awesome. Great views and right on the promenade with some great restaurants and cafes within a few step. Definitely book again!

Esta estadia foi melhor do que estávamos à espera, a localização excelente, mesmo na primeira linha da praia, a vista magnífica desde todas as divisões, a garagem coberta, a tranquilidade do local. Não podíamos ter pedido nada melhor! Claramente um local a recomendar!

A vista sobre o mar é fantástica, durante o dia a luz e o mar, durante a noite a luz da lua e o mar! A casa é muito bem equipada com tudo necessário para elaborar as refeições e bem mobilada! A disponibilidade no check-in foi muto boa também! Recomendo!

Prachtig zicht vanaf terras. Alles voorhande doch appartement wat uitgeleefd. Kleine mankementen. Lichten die niet werken. Schilfers aan de deuren.

Superbe vue. Promenade aux pieds de l immeuble avec commerces (Intermarché, dia et boutiques de plages) resto, jeux pr enfants. Le parking est un gros plus sinon c est très compliqué pour se garer. Pharmacie à une rue derrière l immeuble. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Wohlfühlurlaub garantiert

Das Appartment bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und den Strand. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, es fehlt an nichts. Wer die Tiefgarage nutzen möchte, sollte den Weg durch die Fußgängerzone nicht scheuen, das ist erlaubt. Zentral gelegener Touristenort, von wo aus man alle interessanten Ziele schnell per Auto erreicht. Empfehlenswert.

séjour en Algarve

Malgré un deux petits couacs à notre arrivée (d'autres personnes étaient dans notre appartement, petit problème de logistique donc, et la propreté laissait un peu à désirer - mais bon, nous venons de Suisse et sommes exigeants également), nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le propriétaire s'est montré avenant et a tout fait pour réparer son erreur au plus vite. Armaçao de Pêra n'est pas la plus jolie bourgade du coin, néanmoins elle a de nombreux atouts. Sa plage s'étend sur plusieurs kilomètres et permet de longues balades au gré des vagues et du vent. Nous avons loué une voiture et avons beaucoup voyagé sur la côte. Etre motorisé vaut réellement la peine. En cela, Armaçao est très bien située. La vue offerte depuis le balcon est magnifique. Octobre est le moment idéal pour partir à la conquête de l'Algarve. Les touristes sont beaucoup moins présents, la température est idéale, la baignade rafraîchissante et parfaite. Je n'irais pas en Algarve durant les mois d'été. Un endroit à conseiller, et à découvrir. Prendre un bateau pour observer les caves depuis la mer et voir les dauphins vaut vraiment la peine également. Magique.

Amazing Apartment in Superb Location

This was an amazing apartment in a great location. We had the most amazing view and were a 30 second walk tot he beach. Mario and Pedro were superb and were very helpful. Thanks Guys we will be coming back!!

Unas vistas magníficas

El apartamento se encuentra en primera línea de playa, justo encima del paseo marítimo peatonal, tiene una terraza y unas vistas magníficas. La descripción es exacta y lo encontramos limpio y en buen estado. El trato recibido fue muy bueno y amable. Es ideal para pasar unos días de vacaciones junto a la playa y como Armação de Pera se encuentra en el centro del Algarve, permite recorrerlo hacia el este o el oeste muy comodamente. Por poner una pega, decir que el apartamento no tiene microondas eso si, el propietario no indica que lo tenga, pero nos llamó la atención, en nuestro caso no supuso ningún problema. Gracias Pedro por todo.

Lovely apartment, shame about the owners attitude!

There is no doubt that this is a lovely apartment with stunning views and we were delighted when we arrived to enjoy our 2 week holiday. The only problem (to begin with) was the fridge. The door would not close properly so there was a constant pool of water on one of the shelves and nothing was chilled. We had to put a chair up against the door just to keep it closed. This was apparently our fault and not the fridge? However, things really did go pear shaped when on the third night we could not access the apartment as the key would not turn in the lock. Mario, the agent, called a locksmith who could not fix the lock or replace it, which meant we could only access the apartment from the inside, which was not a lot of good when you want to go out! Mario provided us with a screwdriver which we could use to get in, but did not always work! We decided it was too risky. If we could get in with a screwdriver then anyone could get in so we had to take it in turns to go out. Mario did not communicate with us and so after 3 days of waiting we decided to leave. The most upsetting thing about the situation was the owners attitude when we told him why we had left early. He first of all tried to blame us for the lock not working and wanted to charge us for it, even though it was the locksmith and the agent who snapped the key in the lock not us. When I protested he then tried a different tack and tried to claim our children (15 & 16 year old girls) had been jumping on the sofas and he was now withholding our security deposit.. Everyone I am sure has bad experiences with holidays, but I have to say that after renting apartments all over the world for the last 30 years I have never come across an attitude like Pedro the owner had to us. He resorted to name calling, insults and lies. He could not justify keeping the deposit or charging us for his broken lock as he was well aware we could not have been responsible for turning a key in a lock that would not open and also that we left the apartment as we found it. I have been criticised in the past by my family for leaving accommodation cleaner than it was when we arrived, so sorry Pedro your insulting comments are not justified. I hope all prospective renters will enjoy their stay at Pedro's apartment as it is lovely, although it could do with a new bath mat (very small point) but note that if anything does go wrong in the apartment the blame will be put at your door!

Ottima soluzione

L'appartamento è come descritto nell'annuncio. In ottima posizione con vista sul mare e comodo a tutti i servizi. Curato nell'arredamento, è dotato di tutto quello che occorre. Pur trovandosi sul lungomare (pedonale), è possibile godere di una buona tranquillità anche nelle ore notturne.L'ubicazione ad Armaçao de Pera risulta essere un ottimo punto di appoggio per girare agevolmente le splendide spiagge dell'Algarve.

Apartamento Espetacular || Amazing apartment

Uma semana espetacular, muito bem recebidos pelo sr mario, sempre disponivel para responder a qualquer duvida, o mesmo do sr pedro, tudo do melhor. Apartamento muito bem equipado, com vista espectacular e numa zona excelente, Restaurantes, minipreco, praia e muita animação. Sem duvida para repetir. Vue impressionnante

Il est indéniable que cet appartement possède tout ce qu'un vacancier peut désirer; une vue magnifique, la plage à proximité, des espaces piétonniers, des marchés et de nombreux restaurants. Malheureusement, le lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne pendant notre séjour et la livraison de la cafetière a retardée. Nous n'avons donc pas pu utilisé ces 2 appareils. L'appartement était très propre et vaste. Le grand balcon permet de profiter de l'extérieur au maximum et d'y prendre apéro et repas. Nous recommanderons cet appartement à tous nos amis, qui se rendrons en Algarve.
