About this property

I am a rehabilitated house with two floors, located in the city of Valencia. I have 3000 m2 of surrounding area. On the entrance floor I have a dining area and living room with fireplace, en-suite, fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access and stairs to the top floor. On the upper floor have two full bathrooms, three bedrooms (one double bedroom, a room overlooking the pool with two single beds and a suite with closet) and balcony.

Outside have a granary, one cabano with a wood oven and large landscaped areas divided in terraces. I have several fruit trees, a small vineyard, flowers and plants. I also have a swimming pool overlooking the village.
I feel I am the ideal destination for an escape from city bustle. If you are a young couple, a family or just a group of friends who want to meet, have all the conditions to offer you the moments wished.

I'm just minutes from the historic center of Valencia and Monsoon, and 30 minutes from Vigo.

Beautiful House in a great location

I must say, any number of photos can’t do this wonderful house justice. The location is superb, with glorious views all around. The house itself looks old, but rebuilt with all the modern conveniences and style. Lots of room throughout with very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is spotless with great shade available. The outdoor cooking and eating options are superb. And finally the hosts were fantastic. I loved the extra touch of fresh bread in the postbox outside the gate every morning. We would definitely consider returning here and would strongly recommend this house to anyone.

Belle propriété

Belle et grande maison. Propriétaires très gentils et très accueillant. Merci pour les attentions à l’arrivée. Endroit dépaysant et magnifique, juste une petite remarque si ça peut servir pour d’autres vacanciers attention pour les chiens la propriété n’est pas clôturé sur le bas surveillance obligatoire.

Excellent séjour

L'environnement et la maison sont magnifiques. Tout est mis en place par les hôtes pour que le séjour soit agréable. La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée et le nécessaire est fourni. La récupération et le rendu des clefs sont très souples. Il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle mais nous avons eu l'agréable surprise des clims dans chaque chambre. Nous recommandons la maison.

Clean and comfortable house in a lovely location

We loved this house. Great shaded area to relax around the pool with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Our host made us very welcome and we would recommend for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Nearby towns of Valenca and Tui (Spain) well worth visiting.

Beautiful Villa

Our stay at the Villa was truly wonderful. The Villa itself is gorgeous, no air conditioning but it seems to stay cool and we didn't find it a problem. The pool is just delightful we spent all day playing with the kids in the pool and they just loved it. The Villa is set in a beautiful setting and the views are out of this world. The hosts whom we met on our arrival were just lovely and welcoming and the daily fresh bread that organised for us was just a lovely touch that we looked forward to each day.

Un cadre idyllique et un hôte charmant !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, dans une région superbe et une maison de rêve.... les délicates intentions de notre hôte sont plus qu’appréciables, les enfants comme les parents étaient ravis! Le jardin et ses alentours sont des terrains de jeux inépuisables ! Des balades très chouettes à faire autour et des visites plus éloignées possibles : parc national, Ponte de Lima, Porto, Viana.... et toujours le plaisir délicieux de retrouver la maison et sa piscine avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas! Nous n’avions pas envie de repartir! Merci Bruno pour tout!

Durchwachsen

Ansprechendes Haus (keine Heizung) auf toll angelegtem Grundstück, mit schönem Blick über den Ort, in ländlicher Umgebung (mit allen Vor-und Nachteilen...). Uns hat der in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft liegende, aktive Steinbruch (200-300m Luftlinie) sehr gestört!

Casa fantástica onde o rústico se enquadra na perfeição com o contemporanêo. Localização perfeita para uma estadia longe da movimentação citadina. Toda a envolvênvia remete para a tranquilidade. Férias espetaculares!

A estadia na casa foi excecional. A casa é muito bonita, funcional e asseada. O proprietário é muito acessível e foi de uma hospitalidade fora de série. A zona envolvente é muito bonita, as pessoas são simpáticas e a paisagem é incrível. Uma ótima opção para quem deseja passar férias numa ambiente calmo e em contacto com a natureza. Adorámos e ficamos com vontade de voltar!

Relax y tranquilidad en un entorno idílico

Somos una familia de Madrid que hemos tenido la suerte de disfrutar unos días en esta preciosa casa. Destacar su limpieza y comodidad, así como sus preciosas vistas. Cerca de supermercados( Pingo doce) y sitios para comer. Se pueden hacer muchas excursiones por toda esta zona tan bonita de Portugal. Muchas gracias Bruno por compartir tu casa

Excellent séjour ! La maison est très belle, grande, lumineuse, bien équipée, tout le confort y est ! La piscine est magnifique, propre et offre une très jolie vue comme sur les photos. The best house we've stayed in, at this price rate.

The description of the ad was accurate regarding the location, the given coordinates were very helpful, as the house is in a very small street at the end of the village. The entire house is in a very good state, all the rooms are spacious and you'll find everything you need, like sheets, towels, etc, so no need to take these with you. There is no air-conditioning, but if you open the windows in the evening/night and keep the curtains closed during the day, it's not something you'll be missing. The view is amazing and if you want you can reach the top of the opposing "mountain" by car, it's a small road but it's worth the journey. At our arrival, the entire house was clean, the outside facilities also and everything worked as it's supposed to, which is very enjoyable. The owners were very kind and helpful! You can make some tremendous walks just outside the house, there's a very good pizzeria in the nearby town Moncao and the impressive coastline is not that far from the house. I recommend this property to everyone who likes remote locations with a superb view.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La location est comme sur les photos, très belle et très bien entretenue. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine. Le cadre est très joli avec de jolies découvertes de villages et de paysages à faire non loin de la location.

Très jolie maison dans un cadre très agréable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 3 adolescents. La maison est rénovée avec beaucoup de soins. Le jardin et la piscine sont parfaits. La région de Monçao/ Valença est très riche et variée. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location. Isabelle, Guillaume, Arthur, Jules et Anna (Dinard, France)
