Great Place to Stay!

Really great property stocked with everything you need. Location is excellent & the dock is perfect for a boat. Having the pool was also wonderful. We had a great family vacation & will be back!

This house was exactly as the pictures. It was very nice. Everyone loved the pool. Grandsons caught a lot of fish from the dock. Kristi was very nice and responded quickly to any questions. Enjoyed our stay very much!

This house was nice for my short term stay. It was very clean and it have everything you needed to cook and so forth. This house would be perfect if I had a long time stay in the future as well.

Perfect Canal Home with Pool!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was absolutely perfect for our family of four and a second family of four. The kids loved swimming in the pool after a long day at the beach, and the adults loved fishing off the dock for sea trout! Best biting time was 6-9am and 10pm. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area! Thank you!

Great house on the water.

Great house with back deck on the water to drink some coffee and read a book. Pool was very clean. Location was great for getting to the beach and restaurants. We had a quick stay but it was fantastic with no complaints.

Absolutely beautiful vacation home with all the amenities needed to have a perfect getaway! Boating with access to the dock and fishing 🎣 After a day at the beach our family enjoyed the beautiful pool while grilling our fresh catch of the day! Fabulous home.

Kristi & Dennis were the perfect hosts for our first year of retirement. The home is beautiful and pool is perfect. We stayed two months and couldn’t be happier. N Padre island is a great place to be! Highly recommend this home!!

Family Beach Trip

Mini family Vacation

My family and I have the best time at the house. The house was very clean and equipped for basic necessities. Communication with the owner was great. I believe our favorite part of our stay was relaxing in the pool after being at the beach all day. We highly recommend this house and hope to rent again in the future! Thanks for such a great stay!!

Wonderful house for a beach vacation with kids!

The house was clean and everything was as advertised. Our kids loved the pool and we ate all of our meals on the back patio overlooking the pool/canal. The owners were very helpful and provided relevant information upon check in. We will definitely go back!

Nice place

Overall it was very nice/ issues: all of the dishes that we used, pans included, needed to be washed before we used them as there was still food on them. There must be mold in the attic area and blowing through the vents. We all had issues upon returning home and live in 3 different houses. I thought there was supposed to be a tv in the main bedroom, only TVs were in living room and on patio. Pool was nice and clean Home is very spacious and nice and comfortable.

Great Place

We had a wonderful time at this home. It is in a great location and had everything that we needed. The view was great overlooking the water especially at night. The 3 underwater lights that were located just off the dock made for good fishing and brought in a 27" red we caught right off the dock. The owners were very nice and gave a great overview of the property upon check-in. The pool was a very nice touch keeping the kids busy while the adults relaxed. Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

Check in was easy and on time. The house was clean and very well appointed. Great location, and very nice neighborhood and neighbors. Quiet and serene on the canal! Communications and flexibility with the landlord was terrific and I would highly recommend this house for a family stay wishing to be close to the beach, close to stores and shopping all in a great setting,
