About this property

Luxury condo in Orange Beach, AL, located on the beach at Perdido Key in the Gulf of Mexico between the Florida state line and Mobile Bay. Our beach boasts beautiful white sugary sand great for sunbathing, fishing, shelling, or just walking. Many nearby attractions: manicured golf courses, outlet shopping, the Wharf entertainment center, nearby gambling casinos, and the famous Flora-Bama (which is walking distance from our condo).

This condo offers many luxury features; upgraded floor plan allowing for larger living space, beautiful gulf views from the floor to ceiling windows, amazing sunsets, opulent master suite, exceptional decor and furnishings, and a large size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. The common areas - enclosed hallways, elevators and outdoor patio and sun decks are all tiled. The outdoor patio also has picnic tables, barbecue grills, and large sundeck surrounding the pools with abundant lounges. There are both indoor and outdoor children's pools.

Family vacay

The condo was perfect size for the 7 of us, location was good. We always plan on traveling to dinner, entertainment, etc. Best and easiest access to the beach that I’ve ever had staying in any condo! Would definitely book here again!!

Wonderful Spot

The unit is in great shape. Lots of space and right on the beach. It was the perfect place for our 4th of July weekend! Owners were very responsive to calls and requests. I would definitely rent here again.

Amazing, spacious condo!

Booked this condo for a trip with my middle aged girlfriends. It was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths! Kitchen is well stocked with two kids of coffee pots, crock pot, etc! Spacious living area and balcony - finally a balcony with 8 chairs! Will definitely stay here again! Owners were lovely to deal with, too!

Beautiful Condo

Just spent a week with my family after Christmas. The condo is not only beautiful but very spacious. We have stayed at various Condos in Orange Beach and this is by far one of our favorites!

Just spent a few days down here with friends. Wes and Leberta were so helpful when we had checkin issues (technical problems, absolutely nothing they did!) and the condo was roomy and beautiful.

Condo was in fabulous condition. Beautiful, well appointed furnishings. Kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. I have been going to Orange Beach for the last 40 years and this by far was the nicest condo we have ever stayed at!!!!

Great stay in a great condo

Had a great stay in Phoenix IX. We had an issue with our smoke detector beeping but Wes and Laberta the owners were prompt in getting back to us. It’s a beautiful condo and can’t beat the view from the balcony. Pete the security guard was friendly each day we went to and from the unit. Great workout room and pool and hot tubs too. Really had a good stay.

Extremely Spacious and Beautiful Condo!

Extremely spacious place for our family. Everything was well maintained and clean. Extra pillows and blankets were available. There is also an ice maker that I didn’t know there would be that came in so handy. The pools and beach area were also great. We had rainy weather a couple of days but we had a great time playing cards at the huge dining table. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful beach and wonderful condo!

We loved everything about this condo. It was roomy for all 7 adults and our toddler as well as our Marine son that visited for several days. Could have easily slept 10. The only thing which was not a big deal breaker at all is that we ran out of toilet paper halfway through our 5 night stay as there was 1 roll for each bathroom. Would be nice if the cleaning staff were able to leave an extra roll in each bathroom but we accommodated by going and buying more. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we loved it! Beautiful sunsets...absolutely NO filters needed! Loved the ease of getting in and out of our garage...the large carts for bringing groceries up to our condo was a nice added plus. Loved that everything was very close, alot with walking distance and everything else within 10 to 20 minutes. A short drive (30 to 35 minutes depending on traffic) to Pensacola Naval Air station to see our Marine. Will definitely plan on coming back and staying in this nice condo. The ice machine was a nice appliance to have as well for our cooler for the beach. We could also use our 10'x10' canopy as long as we lowered it a few feet and kept it in the back behind the rentable chairs. We would highly recommend this condo to families of 8 to 10 as it has a huge sectional with sleeper sofa. Some did say their beds weren't real comfortable but they were OK and nothing that was so bad they didn't enjoy their stay. The master bed was great! Wes and Laberta were awesome at getting back with us on any questions or concerns. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Orange Beach

We were grateful to find a property at a late date that would accomodate us. We did have a few hickups in the start. But due mostly to not getting correspondense that was sent on email. I was looking for coorespondence thru vrbo, which we used to rent. And it came through owners email. But God took great care and sent an angel, in the form of a person, to our door steps that knew the owner. She went up to her room, got her phone and called for us. Getting us right in. Thanks for a beautiful place to stay.

fantastic

Beautiful condo with large sitting area both inside and out with ocean view. The only negative thing was the 12 cup coffee pot requires filters, which I purchased and left there for the next guest, and also left a K-cup pod for the Keurig, but wow, how many places has both pots? Hopefully will return again. Loved it.

Family Reunion

Stay was ok!!! The condo had a few issues from the storm and the ice maker didn’t work. The view was nice!!! We had a great time with family which was the most important thing!!! Created some wonderful memories!!! Looking forward to next year but I booked a little early so I could get a condo with a better price and hopefully in good condition!!! Let’s hope for no storm!!!

Wes, Leberta and family have been vacationing in Orange Beach since 2000. We love the area and made this condo our second home. We have 2 other properties in Phoenix V.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo because it is on the beach, has many amenities that we can enjoy year round. We travel from our northern home in the off season to enjoy the weather in Orange Beach so the indoor parking, pools and tennis court make it convenient when the weather is not cooperative.

What makes this property unique

We purchased this unit in pre-construction. It was a pleasure making it our own with design changes, upgrades, colors and furnishings. Since we spend a lot of time there, our guests note that it is well equipped and keep us informed of anything that might need attention.
