Property as a whole was great. The property description reads as two full bath when it is a Jack and Jill so only one actual shower. Not a deal breaker, but better to know ahead of time.
We selected this property to be near the horse complex. Really appreciated how close it was as well as the access we had to restaurants, shops, etc. The beds were super comfortable, which is always a plus. This is a great property for people to each have their own sink and toilet. Amenities were well stocked. The host communication was excellent.

Pictures are deceiving
The area of this unit was not very nice. It was very loud with people yelling and walking around outside late into the night. The pictures make it look nice but it is extremely old and outdated. Carpet had been swept but overall it was not clean. It smelled like it had been empty for months. I would Not stay here again or recommend it. I paid Over 300 for one night, a hotel would have been much nicer.
Overall it was a perfect stay for the weekend trip

Death Trap
The following items appear to be building code violations and are very unsafe:
1. No smoke detectors on second floor. It is clear that there were smoke detectors but they have been removed.
2. Light switch in the wet area of the shower. It would be easy to inadvertently touch the switch while in the shower and get electrocuted.
In addition to these, there were multiple places where electrical outlets, bathroom vent fans and the walls appear to be in some phase of renovation.
This listing gave the impression that it was high end but it was not.
The location of this property was perfect for us, close to the Carter-Finley Stadium and the fairgrounds. Located in an older well kept neighborhood the apartment complex was well marked and easy to find, the designated parking spot may be hard to find in the dark but it is located directly in front of the unit. The home was great for our needs, mostly a place to sleep and shower.
We came for Quiltcon convention and were on our feet all day every day. It was great to come home to a comfortable home with plenty of space to relax. I enjoyed coffee in the living room in the morning and my friend preferred the kitchen table. The two bedrooms were really comfortable and the bathrooms between provided privacy and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
We completely enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is close to everything, with easy access to all areas. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Recommend this as a great place to stay for events in Raleigh.
We were in town for a hockey game. The location relative to NC State was perfect for us. Overall the property was accurately displayed and was nice. The communication, check in, and property were all good for us. Would recommend.
We appreciated the small details - plenty of towels, linens, etc. Cable service was a treat. Rental manager easy to contact and discuss specifics. Everything as advertised. Only fault (and this is very insignificant) is that some closet doors were off their tracks.
The townhouse is in a great location, very convenient to many areas in the Raleigh Durham area. There is a designated parking spot right in front of the townhouse. The townhouse is older, but looks like it is recently renovated and everything was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and all meals can be easily cooked.
The property is clean, although does show signs of wear. The location was perfect for our stay; NC State campus and convenient to RDU. Found some great restaurants in the area. Tom was a very responsive host. It met our needs. Rooms are small and if you are looking for 5 star quality, this isn't it.
Great location to check out the local colleges and visit family in the area, very easy for us to get in and out multiple times per day and the owner was very responsive when we had questions !

Nice little spot. Convenient to PNC arena.
Stayed one night but had to leave Friday instead of Sunday because my event was cancelled due to the pandemic. Tried to communicate that to owner and the owner ignored my text.
