However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is Branson Airport (BKG) which is 9 miles by car respectively.

Loved our room

We came to Big Cedar Wilderness Club for the Sunday afternoon Garth Brooks concert at “Nightmare” Ridge. The concert venue was a huge disappointment but our 4 days at Big Cedar were wonderful. Our unit was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The linens and the pillows felt high end. The abundance of towels made it unnecessary to ask for more and the forest view from our deck and from the windows was beautiful. Unfortunately our ice maker was not working when we arrived but was fixed very quickly by maintenance. We loved the daily cookies delivered to our room. We would return!

DO NOT rent with Resort Rental Pros

As the title says, awful experience with these people. Cancelled our vacation 48hrs before we were supposed to check in. No remorse, no help finding any other accommodations, just "matter of fact" your vacation has been cancelled. Goodbye. Took another 2 weeks to get our money back. Ruined what was supposed to be a fun family vacation. Don't walk. RUN from this rental company. Resort and accommodations ARE beautiful if you can find a better company to rent from.

Wonderful!

This is our second stay at wilderness Club at Big Cedar and we will be back! This particular unit is on the ground level and you can hear every step above you but we didn’t mind. Our kids were running and playing a lot so I’m happy we were on the bottom! This unit is just down from the large outdoor pool so it was convenient. The entire staff of Big Cedar was so kind -I mean every. Single staff member: the wait staff, bar tenders, life guards, front desk, drivers, shuttles, ground keepers…everyone. We will be back for sure.

Great place and value

We stayed off season so we didn't get to use any of the pool amenities, but the room was very nice and easy access to Big Cedar. I knew it was a timeshare booking, and they were not that pushy at checkin so I was ok with that. Just do your research first if you decide to sit in for the presentation. My parent's didn't, but thankfully they were able to cancel their "vacation club" contract before we left.

The Best of the Wilderness Club

The Wilderness Club at Big Cedar Lodge is the perfect place for a family vacation. The units are rustic and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, activities are numerous (beautifully designed swimming pools, lazy river, boating, fishing, campfires, golf, skeet shooting, shopping and a huge fun mountain of entertainment and games for everyone). They also have a good variety of restaurants on the property and a large gift shop. Big Cedar is an outstanding property with beauty in every season of the year.
