Fenced yard and overgrown landscaping provides privacy for you during your stay.

Just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

Fabulous Cape Coral Vacation

We rented for the month of March with our two cockapoos. The home was beautifully decorated. Loved that the main suite was separate from the guest rooms. Two full baths were very helpful as was the laundry room.Our favorite space was the outdoor living area under the lanai with hot tub, pool, dining area and grilling space. Peter our host was very easy to reach when needed and always responded quickly. There are many restaurants with in 15 minutes. The nearby marinas were great. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Decent but not as advertised: Pool and House need Maintenance.

While the house had some positives, it didn't quite meet our expectations based on the listing and other reviews.Let’s start with the biggest disappointment: the pool. One of the main reasons we booked this place was for the private pool, but it was barely heated at all, despite the listing stating otherwise. The hot tub/spa is supposed to heat the pool, but it was very slow, and even after figuring out how to use it by day 3, the pool remained freezing cold. Our child was shivering with chattering teeth after just a few minutes in the water, despite sunny 80F weather outside. There were no instructions provided on how to heat the pool, and even after some effort, it was still unusable for the majority of our stay.In terms of cleanliness, the house left much to be desired. We found mold around some of the windows, a moldy shower curtain, and peeling paint throughout the house. The master bathroom and closet are in desperate need of updates;vents are dirty. The kitchen, however, was clean and well-equipped, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer was great for a family but they were incredibly loud, making it difficult to do laundry and watch TV at the same time since door was broken.Outside, there were missing and cracked tiles around the pool and patio, as well as a leaking lanai. There were broken, dirty windows too when i wanted to enjoy the fresh air but was unable. The Rokus on each TV were a nice touch, as was the air hockey table.

Perfect relaxing stay

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was great for our needs. Spacious rooms and family friendly. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space surrounding the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and was conveniently located for our plans in the immediate and surrounding area. Relaxing in Cape Coral

The house is clean and comfortable. We had a very small issue and the owner took care ofit immediately. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after fleeing the cold north. The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is fenced which was nice for our dog. If in Cape Coral again we would definitely rent

Fantastic Property!

We had a wonderful time at Poolside Paradise! The hot tub was amazing at this time of year- just perfect for the cooler weather we had. We did not use the pool- but enjoyed the lanai patio area laying by the pool. There is a grill but I did not cook out this trip. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to book again- may bring the grandkids next time! Thank you

Pool Side Paradise

We spent a week here in November 2024. Very nice relaxing home with heated hot tub and pool. We used both daily. The property is very clean, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. As a bonus there is a great pizza place within walking distance. Every TV has a Roku device attached and there is a nice air hockey table which we did use. Communication with the owner was timely and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed

Perfect Family Stay

We had a great experience at this property. It was by far one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at. We had clear communication from the start including updates during a hurricane threat. The pool and hot tub were perfect after long days at the baseball Fields.
