My husband and I closed escrow in late 2019 on this home. We have been vacationing here for 40 years. Based out of Los Angeles, we now live in Atascadero at our little farm - 30 miles south of Cambria. Enjoy wine tasting, walks and nature in abundance!
Why they chose this property
Walk in through the front door and outside world disappears. Quiet surroundings and street. Very little car noise, if any. Not a thoroughfare street. Wonderful Oak Tree in the center of the backyard. Tranquil feel inside and out with zen fountain off the patio. Small dog welcomed if crated when not home, (no shed) friendly. Fenced yard. (Another small dog lives on the property).
What makes this property unique
House is set up like a duplex. Both sides have their own private entrance with a shared soundproof wall. Walk to town through the Cambria Pines Lodge and visit the Cambria Nursery .5 miles away. Centrally located to enjoy all Cambria has to offer and 75 miles to Bug Sur and 30 miles to Paso Robles Wine Country
