It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, the bedroom with double bed and a large living room with sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 10m2 balcony with a fantastic view where you can enjoy a wonderful setting of the sun.

It is situated in the Urb. Salgados Village, near the Salgados, 300 m from the beach and just minutes from Gale, S. Rafael, Arrifes, Evaristo, Bunny. This area is very quiet, good for walks and hikes. Near Albufeira, Guia, Algarve Shopping and Zoomarine. Perfect place for those looking for a quiet place to enjoy a well deserved holiday.

Good amenities - Perfect location
The apartment was exactly as described, clean and everything worked as it should, loads of household items to use, great location (only 10 min walk to the beach) however it would benefit from offering WiFi, bed linen and towels because currently these are not available. Apart from this, we were very satisfied with our stay, the owner made contact early on to know how we were finding it and if we needed anything. We did contact the owner on 2 ocasions with issues, but both were beyond his control, and both situations were resolved promptly, which we were very happy with. Overall we recommend this apartment for a beach holiday, and you feel looked after by the owner who is always just a phone call away if needed.

Uns dias de férias...
Todo o processo foi claro e simples. As instalações são muito agradáveis limpas e confortáveis. O anfitrião teve o cuidado de informar, préviamente, tudo o necessário antes da chegada e teve a preocupação em se inteirar como estava a correr a estadia e se as condições do alojamento correspondiam ao indicado. Recomendo vivamente.

Experiência a repetir
Habitação muito bem cuidada, bem equipada e bem decorada. Cozinha totalmente equipada, sofá cama onde dormem 2 e um quarto com cama bem confortável. Tem tudo o que necessitamos para umas férias em família. Para quem como nós faz uma viagem de 6h, o check-in poderia ser mais cedo, no entanto, o horário de check-in é o mais comum no Algarve. Zona muito calma, com um pequeno supermercado na urbanização sempre com pão fresquinho e quentinho. A praia e restaurantes ficam a 5 minutos a pé e em menos de 15 minutos a pé podemos jantar no “grelha do ti Manel” ou até mesmo no afamado “Villa Joya”. Para quem quer uma estadia calma e com tudo ao pé, este é o local certo para as suas férias. Anfitrião sempre muito atencioso e disponível. Obrigado Paulo por nos ter proporcionado umas boas férias.

Great vacations near the beach in an apartment with a nice sunset
Great vacations with Mr. Paulo as a fantastic host. Apartment very well equiped, super clean with great decoration. Easy 10min walk to the beach with a local supermarket nearby. We loved the beach and doing sand castles with the kids. Hope to return next year

Óptima estadia num apartamento fantástico
Apartamento com uma decoração muito agradavel e prática, com óptimas condições de limpeza. Cozinha com tudo o que se precisa, sem escapar nenhum pormenor. Varanda absolutamente fantástica que se pode desfrutar a qualquer hora do dia mas que tem o seu ponto alto ao pôr do sol. Anfitrião muito atencioso e disponivel, sempre preocupado com que tudo estivesse a correr bem.

Excelentes condições e localização!
A localização é fabulosa, a 5 minutos a pé da praia, supermercado ao pé, e numa zona tranquila. A casa tem tudo e o proprietário foi super atencioso.
