Casa Regina Elena is located in the center of Termoli, in a strategic position: just a few minutes' walk from the beach north (Castello Svevo) is from South Beach (Rio Live), a few minutes from the Tremiti Islands and the Port tourism, near the railway station.
Nearby shops, bars, restaurants, market, parking free and guarded.
The historic house, is composed of two twin apartments, which are on two levels: the first floor is a kitchen, a master bedroom with balcony and bathroom. Upstairs, on the top floor, there is a second bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom.
Each unit is suitable for 2/4 people. By booking them together you get to 8 people, therefore suitable for a group.

Immobile nel centro di Termoli
L'immobile é situato nella zona centrale di Termoli c'è da considerare che essendo in zona centrale c'è un po' di traffico e rumori notturni siamo stati qui dal 29.08 al 9.09 2 adulti e 1 bambino di 4 anni e mezzo e un cane di taglia media ,ci siamo trovati bene ! L'immobile l'abbiamo trovato in ordine e pulito ,Per accedere all'appartamento ci sono scale ripide non adatte a chi ha problemi di mobilità anche all'interno dell'immobile per andare al piano mansardato c'è una scala piuttosto ripida ,noi abbiamo vietato a nostro figlio di salire al piano di sopra per paura che potesse cadere dalle scale .

Tolle Lage im stimmungsvollen Zentrum von Termoli.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir haben einen tollen Familienurlaub in Termoli verbracht. Sehr stimmungsvoller, süditalienischer Ort mit schöner Altstadt. Ausflüge auf die Tremitischen Inseln, in die südlichen Abbruzzen und ins nördliche Apulien möglich.
