Beautiful 4 bedrooms 3 bath house with heated community pool in 50 yards from the house. The community has kids playground, tennis court, basketball , and access to Legacy Trail for bikes. Close to all shopping, restaurants, entertainment . 10 minutes to Nokomis Beach, 20 minutes to Siesta Key Beach - Ranked #1 Beach in the country. 25 Minutes to Downtown, Opera House, Library, and Arts. King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed each, and 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds. $195.00 Cleaning / Exit Fee. May allow a dog upon approval with additional $200 pet non-refundable fee.

Great place at a great location

Great location! Nice quiet neighborhood close to multiple beaches! Will definitely be interested in coming back!

Great stay

The home and location were great. The home was spacious for our group of 6. The community pool and Pickleball court were perfect. The owners were very responsive to any issues and questions. The extra supplies in the home were very welcome - toilet tissue, paper towel, dish and laundry detergent, garbage bags. The areas with carpet could use a cleaning and there are no bedside tables in the bedrooms as welll as no barbecue.

Great location

Overall property was great! Location is in a nice quiet community, right off Tamaimi Trail. Could use more furniture and update to carpets (stained). Only one tv on property.
