Private Heated Pool Included- walk to the venues- family friendly and comfy home

First and foremost our home is just under a mile walk to State Farm Stadium and Desert Diamond Arena. Save money and a bunch of time walking to your event! It is also very close to Tanger Outlet shopping and Westgate Entertainment District, which has so many unique dinning options. Just up the road is Park West which has even more options for dinning. They also host a farmers market in the cooler months each Saturday and Sunday. Top Golf, a multitude of golf courses, are also near. We are also close enough to enjoy the Phoenix night life without having to be in a downtown atmosphere. Many of our guest have taken day trips to Sedona, Prescott, and Flagstaff as well.
Our home is situated on a quiet street in a suburban neighborhood. It is very walkable and there is a great pathway park that is next to the house.

This home is an entertainers dream! The open concept that connects the chefs kitchen to the living room and to the covered out door patio. There are multiple seating and dinning spaces, room for everyone. The upgraded kitchen includes all Kitchenaid appliances, with a 6 burner stove, 2 convection ovens, a wine frig and coffee bar. There is even a comfy chair to relax enjoy your beverage or read a book.
The patio has a fire table for the colder nights, a standing cooler, and family games to play. There is a safety fence between the covered patio and the pool area. There are plenty of chairs and loungers to share. The pool is heated and is good to swim in year round. It has a Baja step for sitting or playing with the littles, and get progressively deeper, this is a very large beautiful pool. Plenty of shade with the sails and it has a place for an umbrella inside the pool.
We have thoughtfully put together comfortable sleeping spaces with a mixture of soft and firmer mattresses and pillows, all rooms have ceiling fans and blackout blinds. There are extra blankets, sheets, pillows for your comfort.
