This luxury villa with private pool offers fantastic views over the nature reserve and Guadiana river which is bordering with Spain. Its located in the unspoiled eastern Algarve on a low density golf resort with 24hour security. From here you can explore the wonderful sandy beaches or explore into the Alentejo area and even visit Seville. For bird watchers there 's the nearby Sapal nature reserve, for golfers there's plenty of choice and the area is great for sports like running and bike riding as well. There are terraces on three different levels which gives plenty of privacy options. The villa offers all comforts like full airco, high speed internet, sat tv, 2 mountain bikes.

Overall, the stay was good. The place was very calm and quiet. Perfect to relax by the pool. It had all the necessary utensils and a great parking lot to park your car in the shade. Most importantly, if you have a dog, it has a lot of space for it to run around

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Endroit très calme et reposant. Jolie villa avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le seul bémol est la propreté en dessous de l’évier de la cuisine. Et barbecue pas nettoyé.

Zona muito tranquila
No geral correu tudo bem. A casa tem tudo o que é necessário, bastante loiça, ótimo espaço e vista incrível. Contudo como ponto negativo aponto a quantidade de mosquitos na zona, a falta de privacidade na piscina, tendo em conta as casas ao lado e os muros baixos e os quintais que acabam por ter ligação para as outras casas.

Why they chose this property

The house has been completely renovated in 2014. Its nearby within Europa, the area is not mass tourist and the resort is well maintained with low density. I am a keen golfer, the course is a nice walk within nature, you will only find real estate along 4/5 out of 27 holes. Neighboring courses Monte Rei and Quinta do Vale are at 15m reach and challenging. The golfbuggy is included and green fees can best be found with 40-50% discount via the internet.
