Names and ages will be required for all reservations.Come check out in Cody's Cove PRIVATE POOL with attached Fire Pit for smores and hot dogs. This house is the perfect place for your next vacation in Port Aransas if you love the Pool Life.
Great for a large family or 2 families to share. Cody's Cove is in Ethan's Landing between 11th and Station St. This very spacious 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom house also has great outdoor areas for chillin' out under the house or up on the balcony. Short walk to the beach or rent a golf cart to keep the sand out of your car. Great for a large family or 2 families to share. This house is located in the golf cart approved driving area.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
NO large groups or loud parties allowed.

Great stay, close to the beach

We had a great stay at Cody’s Cove. Check in/out were a breeze and the house was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of room under the house to hang out away from the sun and plenty of parking!

I thought this place was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot and I think the parents enjoyed it even more. It is a simple 5 minute walk to the beach. Since the beach roads were closed, due to covid. The fine minute walk was useful.

Great escape

We had a great time, the house is in a great location. We loved the pool, it was private and clean. The house had every amenity we needed and it was stocked very well (pans, dishes, towels, and more). I hope it is available for our next visit, a true jem! The staff was helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Cody’s Cove

Nice place. Cute home. Beds are comfy. Floors need to be rinsed after cleaning product, a bit sticky. No pet odor or dander if allergic. Plenty of bath towels were available. There were no outdoor games, if your looking for extra amenities. Nice pool with a fire pit. Good location. Rent a golf cart to make the trek back and forth to the beach. It’s fun and saves your vehicle from all the sand. We enjoyed staying at Cody’s Cove.

Family Friends Vacation

We booked this property fairly late in the season and last minute. The house was so great! We all enjoyed the pool and amenities. The kids were so surprised by the fun toys and games at the house. Only thing I was missing was more information, almost like a binder or paper explaining a little about the area or instructions for the house. We had to search around for outdoor lighting switches and wondered what was expected of us as we were packing up to leave the house. But all in all this was a GREAT stay!

The place is cute, but….

The place is cute but needs a serious cleaning and I mean a DEEP one! I wouldn’t stay there again. I don’t like to give bad reviews 😕 this one I can’t not do it. The place had many cockroaches! After notifying the manager they came to spray but everyday we found one quarter sized cockroach, not dead 😳

Mediocre cleanliness

Cleanliness of the whole unit was bad. Someone had stayed the night before and left paint in trash can. Bed linen was stained. Ceiling fans were very dirty as were ac vents. Not enough silverware for the unit as well as coffee carafes did not fit coffee makers. Front door did not open far enough to easily enter. Will say the property manager was very good at getting our initial problems handled quickly and thoroughly. However, we expected better.

Great place does need to focus on cleaning a bit more

We had a great time and absolutely love the location! Most likely will rent again but hopefully the property will be a bit cleaner when we do! The description does need to be updated when it comes to the fire pit and barbecue pit.. The fire pit had plants or weeds growing out of it and seems that it hadnt been used in a while which was a bummer for us... The barbecue pit definitely could use some TLC, after seeing it in person we decided to not use it just because it looked like it has been neglected.. Again that was a bummer for us, we were looking forward to using both the barbecue pit and the fire pit.. After our stay i do understand why there arent any photos of the fire pit or the barbecue pit online. I do wish the property management did a better walk through to make sure the property was cleaned before we got there to make sure the property was clean for us. There was used coffee ground in the coffee maker, dirty coffee cups in the cabinets, dirty plates that we had to clean before we used them. There were blood splatters in the bathroom on the walls that wasnt cleaned up that we had to clean.. We assumed someone must have got a cut or something that stayed there before we did that was somehow missed before we checked in.. My daughter informed me that the bunkbeds sheets smelled like guys, so im assuming the sheets were changed before we got there... And the dryer seemed that no one had pulled the lent trap in a long while...

Great times and great friends.

First time booking with Beachcombers and had a great experience. Pleasant well kept home and clean. Close to everything. Nice pool with area to hangout. One suggestion would be to update mattresses. Other than that, we had an awesome time and plan to book again.

Place needs a really deep cleaning, cabinets were filthy, dishes were dirty. Doors and baseboards also need a deep clean. Overall we had an awesome time!!!
