Originally I grew up on an island in Northern Wisconsin(Burrr!) Went to U. of Wisconsin in Madison, began my career in Chicago(still Burrrr...but not as bad!) As an Educational Psychologist, I was a Corporate Consultant for 25 years. As business travel became less fun, I made my residence in Scottsdale and became involved in Real Estate. I currently have six properties that I lease...all within a 2 mile radius of where I live...and 1 block from this wonderful Condo.
Why they chose this property
The lake area where this condo is located is "Halfway to Heaven" in my opinion. Wherever I travel...throughout the world...I always return thinking this place offers the best lifestyle. When this Condo became available in the premiere community of Palm Cove...I purchased it immediately. I have spent the last 6 months renovating and upgrading. Like new...this is the first time it has been offered for lease.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful Private Condo, Beautiful Lush, Pristine Community, and the absolute best location in Scottsdale! That is if you enjoy both peace, nature's beauty and being in the midst of outstanding shopping, dinning and world class activities. And rarely having to drive! This location is the reason I have lived in this same place for 20 years...longest time in my life.
