Perfecte

Una casa als afores a Sóller, a uns 5-10 minuts caminant del centre de Sóller. És perfecte. Calma, pau, tranquilitat i amb vistes a la Serra i a Sóller. Molt comoda, cuina ben equipada, llits cómodes.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick über Soller und auf die Berge. Trotzdem ist das Zentrum in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt!!!. Alles hervorragend.

Ein perfekter Urlaub: sehr schönes Haus, Berge und Meer

Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Lage und ist absolut empfehlenswert. Von der sehr schönen Terrasse hat man einen einmaligen Rundumblick auf Palmen, Orangen und Zitronenbäume, eine mallorquinische Villa, und auf das Städtchen. Direkt hinter dem Haus erheben sich die Berge des Tramontana Gebirges - Einfach großartig! In ein paar Minuten Fußweg, gelangt man in das Städtchen Soller und kann dort in netten Cafés sitzen und in hübschen, kleinen Läden einkaufen. Zum Wandern ins Tramontana Gebirge ist die Lage ebenfalls hervorragend. Eigentlich braucht man kein Auto. Im Ort gibt es Linienbusse und die berühmte Eisenbahn, die sowohl an den Hafen fährt wie auch nach Palma. Und gleich hinter dem Haus beginnen die Berge. Auch Spaziergänge in die direkte Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet - vom Pelletofen (war die Rettung bei 11 Grad im Winter) bis zur Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine usw. Juan, der Vermieter, ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in der schönen Finca verbracht, das Highlight war die Terrasse, die wir täglich, vor allem abends, genutzt haben. Der Blick auf Sóller und die Berge war unbeschreiblich. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Malerische Lage, Ausstattung in der Finca sehr spartanisch.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich gewesen! Auch sehr kinderlieb. Nur leider ist diese Lage der Finca für Kleinkinder etwas ungeeignet. Steile Abgänge. Keine Möglichkeit mit dem Buggy mal ne Runde im Schatten spazieren zu gehen. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist ausreichend, aber wenn man täglich für die Familie kochen möchte, gestaltet es sich als etwas anstrengend. Eine neue Ausstattung und Küchenzeile wäre wünschenswert. Ein paar Handtuchhalter wären auch praktisch. Die Finca ist zudem sehr unbequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr schmale Gassen. Alles in allem war es für uns mit Kleinkind nicht optimal.

Situation exceptionnelle: vue magnifique, à quelques minutes du centre de Soller, très calme. Juan nous sympathiquement accueilli et a répondu immédiatement quand nous avons eu une demande. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Un peu plus d'équipement et ce serait parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Una estancia perfecta

Un lugar maravilloso para descansar, una casita acogerdora y entrañable y un propietario servicial y encantador. La única pega, y no es culpa de los propietarios, son las calles increíblemente estrechas para llegar, mejor ir con un coche pequeño. Por todo lo demás, un 10. Seguro que volvemos.

Bel emplacement, maison charmante

Très bien située et bonnes prestations (équipement cuisine un peu sommaire), terrasse et piscine agréable. Accueil excellent. Place de parking indispensable. Accès en voiture pas facile : rues très étroites et sinueuses (attention à la taille du véhicule).

Herrliche Lage mit Traumaussicht

Sonne von morgens bis abends, Blick auf Stadt und Berge, nette Gastgeber, was will man mehr? Mit Auto aber schwer zu erreichen, da die Gassen in Soller unglaublich schmal sind! Besser kein Upgrade beim Mietwagen und Vollkasko!

Super!

Wir als 4-köpfige Familie hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Soller und speziell in diesem Haus! Die Ferienwohnung (explizit der Ausblick!!) war Extraklasse und die Gastgeber (welche nebenan wohnen) waren sowas von herzlich und gastfreundlich so dass vor allem unsere Kinder gar nicht mehr weg wollten. Alles getopt hat dann noch der morgendliche Sonntagsausflug!! Muchas Gracias y nos vemos pronto

Amazing views

Joan kindly met us from the bus and drove us up to the property. It is only a ten minute walk into the main square of Soller. The house is set on the hill to the south of Soller with a lovely selection of places in the garden to sit and enjoy the most amazing views towards the sea and over the mountains. The pool also had stunning views and is surrounded by orange and lemon trees with the scent of the blossom in the sun. Fabulous!

Location, location, location!

Fabulous location, feels so far away from the Hussle and bustle of Soller town....with it's mountain and sea views from the lovely sun terrace....but only a short walk to the main square. Definitely rustic.... simple, uncomplicated and relaxing. Great having both orange and lemon trees in the garden which was full of birdsong. Would definitely book a return visit.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en la casa. La casa tiene un jardín grande entre árboles de naranjos y limones donde los niños pueden jugar y correr mucho. O se puede disfrutar de la terraza con una vista a Sóller. Muchas gracias a Juan, el dueño, que fue muy amable y simpático.

Heerlijke rustige plek

Prachtig uitzicht, fruitbomen, huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en een erg vriendelijke host. Het is ietwat moeilijk te bereiken voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis in sehr schöner Lage und fantastischen Blick!

Netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Hat uns von der Tankstelle abgeholt, um den Weg zu diesem schwer zu findenden Objekt gezeigt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, vom Toilettenpapier bis zu einheimischer Marmelade. Ei einfach zu bedienender Pallettofen hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns auch in den noch kühleren Nächten gemütlich wohlgefühlt haben. Der Pool, da. 3,50 x 7,50 Meter liegt wunderschön und nahe am Haus. Auf der Terasse konnten wir schönste Stunden bei traumhaften Ausblick verbringen. Ein schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, dass sowohl für Wanderer, Pärchen und Familien in guter Lage für einen schönen Urlaub liegt. Ein Spaziergang ins Zentrum ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Dennoch liegt das Haus sehr ruhig. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Ideal Base for Walks

We loved the location looking down on Soller but close enough to the centre for shops and restaurants. We printed off some walks from the Ca's Curial website before the holiday and were lucky enough to have a sunny week. Of course the evenings are very cold at this time of year and we found the woodburner with its pellet feed a bit tricky to use, but normally this wouldn't be a problem. The owners met us and were very generous with a welcome pack of wine and snacks. The house has good facilities for self catering and the beds are comfortable. We would love to return at a warmer time of year and make use of the patio, enjoying the views.

Wonderful location

Marvellous location. Clean, comfortable. Beautiful views of mountains, but easy 10 minute walk to town centre. Host kindly came to meet us, as it is a little tricky to find.

Sehr schönes kleines Landhaus mit Blick auf Soller

Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb des Zentrums von Soller. In knapp 10 min zu Fuß ist man auf dem Marktplatz. Die Einrichtung ist modern, gute Küchenausstattung und für die kältere Jahreszeit gibt es einen Holzpellets-Ofen, so dass das Häuschen ganzjährig bewohnbar ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Von einer kleinen Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick bis hin zum Meer auf der einen und bis zu den Bergen des Tramutanagebirges auf der anderen Seite.

This house is located nearby the house of my family which is where I have lived my childhood and I love to share with other people what these means for me. The Soller's valley is a place with a lovely atmosphere and under my point of view it is a must if you come on holidays to Mallorca.

The house is located in the slope of a mountain range which gives to the house a lovely surrounding because it has unique sights of Soller and its port. Moreover the house has orange trees, shared swimming pool and table tennis.
