Retreat Oasis

This property was PERFECT for our team of education professionals to gather and plan for upcoming school year. The space was restorative, beautiful and very comfortable for us. Having the en suite bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms was a particularly important feature that made our selection easy. Incredible!

We adored everything about this sleek, stylish, and extremely practical house and didn’t want to leave! The owner was quite helpful with resolving a mysterious beeping from the fridge and was utterly chill about our having dogs there and about the checkout process. No chores! Can’t say enough good things!

Golf Weekend

Thoughtful design and layout makes this home with a small footprint feel huge. Three bedrooms upstairs each with their own en-suite bathroom works well for multiple guests. The yard is small but it felt like all you need with it’s indoor/outdoor integration to the home.

The pool was very small and cold, The owners wanted to charge $70.00 extra per day if we wanted it heated. The inside furnishings were cheap and wobbly. We could not sit at the plastic table to eat because it wobbled so bad I got dizzy. We tried to adjust it but to no avail. The upstairs bedroom had carpet that needed to be stretched. It was spotted and torn in some places. The sheets were paper thin and there was not bedspread. The room smelled very dusty like it had not been thoroughly vacuumed in a long time. 5 star for two couples, 4.5 stars for three couples

We were three couples staying for the Palm Springs Modernism long weekend. The location was quiet, which suited our needs, and was close enough to everything that we wanted to do. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great for three couples, five stars. Each of the three bedrooms has an attached bathroom, which is what we needed and is somewhat hard to find. There was initially an issue with some missing towels, but the host very promptly corrected it. There are no drawers in any bedroom to unpack your suitcase, only closets with hangers, the host is going to consider adding some storage since there is ample room. I would give five stars for three couples if the host would consider adding seating in the living room and dining table to accommodate three couples. It’s really only set up to comfortably seat two couples together. We truly enjoyed the pool and spa. I was concerned about having to text the host each and every time we wanted the spa to be turned on, but the host was incredibly responsive so we were able to use the spa whenever we wanted. Be forewarned that there is a daily charge to have the pool and spa heated. That will be separate and apart from any amount that shows up on the VRBO quote. Apparently this is not uncommon. We would definitely stay again, great property and host.

Amazing Location & Views

We loved our stay in Palm Springs! This spot is nicely located so you can get to everything in a timely manner. You won’t be able to walk too much outside of a few bars & restaurants but we didn’t mind that. The pool was a consistent 85 degrees and we loved swimming with the mountains in the background. The only slight downside was the shape of certain parts of the property, as some others have stated. It didn’t upset us by any stretch but it looked as if the property had previously hosted bachelor parties. We saw leftover tape from where things had been hung for a party, mismatched paint on walls and visible scuff marks and dust in some areas. Again, nothing to take away from our experience! Our host was super responsive and our trip was amazing. I would highly recommend this property for traveling adults looking for some R&R!

Nice house, could use better cleaning service

The house was comfortable and quiet. However, the attention to detail with cleaning was not up to the level of other VRBOs we’ve stayed in. For example, there were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker and some of the silverware and dishes were dirty.

Palm Springs House

Eric and Miri were incredibly accessible and cooperative during our stay. They have a beautiful and modern home with excellent access to golf courses, shopping, restaurants and town. We will certainly consider their house next time we spend time in the Desert.

Great winter get-away

Very nice house with all the essentials. Good location. Communication with property manager was easy. The only real negative was the dirty carpets. The floors had not been vacuumed, unwashed dirty hand towel and bath matt in master bathroom.

Lovely!

Eric’s home is a lovely place to getaway. There are three spacious bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is very large and has a balcony. The kitchen is beautiful, and the living area is so cozy. The pool and hot tub have mountain views which is so nice. The location is close to downtown Palm Springs – a 5-10 minute drive. Most importantly, as a host, Eric cares about his guests’ experience. He genuinely wants them to enjoy his home. He is kind and easy to talk to. I appreciated his responsiveness to my questions. For me, a host’s kindness is as important as his/her/their beautiful home. Thus, this property succeeds on all counts.

Palm Springs Getaway

This is an excellent property for a family reunion-- three spacious bedrooms (including very large master BR), each with ensuite bathroom. The location is convenient to downtown Palm Springs, as well as grocery shopping. It features a very comfortable living room space as well as modern kitchen. The swimming pool is small but has a built-in hot tub, with mountain views. Our host was very helpful, and check-in/ check-out arrangements all went smoothly.

Great house to stay with friends!

My friends and I had a great time while staying here for Coachella. The house had all the amenities, including a lovely backyard with a pool and bbq, as well as all the appliances needed in the kitchen. Eric was very accommodating and even allowed us early check in the morning of our arrival. I would absolutely recommend this Vrbo.

Beautiful House Close to All the Action

The property was clean, well maintained, and well appointed. The backyard pool and spa are a great place to spend some time in the sun, and the large folding doors really help bring the outside in. The master suite is large and comfortable, with a beautiful attached bathroom with soaking tub and large shower. The house is on a quiet street, with easy access to downtown. The owner is very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed both before and during our stay. It was the perfect place for a quick getaway. Highly recommend.
