Amazing modern apartment, fully equipped and in a perfect location on the beach. A ideal base to see Menton and the surrounding area. Pascal was a great host and met us when we arrived and showed us the facilities and was always contactable if we needed him. I would highly recommend.

Perfect!
Pascal was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was just right for 4 adults and the location was ideal. The kitchen windows over looked the beach and we were a minute’s walk from the lively pedestrian area for shops and restaurants. If we moved to Menton, this would be a perfect apartment. It has everything that you need and the best location.

Perfect stay!
The apartment is well appointed and very clean. Directly across the street from the Mediterranean, with beautiful views. Pascal was so helpful, and took time to explain to us how everything in the apartment worked. The location is wonderful- quick walks to beachfront restaurants and bars, shopping in old town, you name it. Highly recommend!

Vacation by the sea
We love the market lifestyle of southern France! This unit is in old town but is modern and beautiful. The proximity to the sea is great and - although hot and muggy in July- we had a great time. Not for the faint of heart - many steps to the unit and many steps up the old alley ways of Menton. Romantic and lovely! The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We saw fireworks from our windows on Bastille Day. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Séjour magnifique dans le cadre idyllique de la belle ville de Menton
Très bel appartement moderne et entièrement rénové dans la vieille ville, avec une vue magnifique sur la belle baie de Menton. En face des belles plages organisées avec une vue magnifique sur la vieille ville et les montagnes quand vous êtes dans la mer. De très nombreux restaurants de qualité au pied de l’appartement. Pascal, le propriétaire, est aussi très accueillant et veillera à votre bon séjour!

Modernes Appartment in schöner Lage
Wir haben das Appartment mit vier Personen besucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der tollen Lage direkt am Strand (ca. 50m). Die Wohnung überzeugte durch klimatisierte Räume, eine moderne, frisch renovierte Einrichtung und einen netten und freundlichen Gastgeber. Bei der Anreise mit dem Auto ist es empfehlenswert einen Parkplatz direkt beim Gastgeber zu buchen. Der einzige kleinere Kritikpunkt, welchen uns allerdings nicht weiter gestört hat, ist der teilweise schlechte WLAN Empfang/ Internetgeschwindigkeit. Einen Besuch in diesem Appartment kann man nur empfehlen.

Très bel emplacement vu imprenable sur la plage et à 1 mn à pied du centre ville, très belle ville,
Très bel appartement duplex, qui permet une intimité lorsque nous sommes plusieurs dans l appartement. Refait à neuf très bien pensé, fonctionnel et esthétique. L emplacement le mobilier les équipements sont au top. Les propriétaires sont disponibles si besoin et très agréables. Je vous le conseille vivement.
