Welcome to your luxury vacation rental on the beautiful North Shore of Kauai! Our spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is just minutes from the stunning beaches of Hanalei and surrounding areas. Perfect for families or groups, this family-friendly condo is fully stocked with everything you need for an unforgettable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.

Enjoy resort-style amenities with access to an on-site pool, hot tub, and gym. For your beach adventures, we provide surfboards, 2 bicycles, and standard beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrellas). Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a special welcome basket filled with local treats, setting the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

After a day of exploring the nearby Hanalei Bay or other North Shore attractions, unwind in the comfort of a luxurious, well-appointed space designed for relaxation and convenience.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs during your stay with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. along with all the appliances you will need for your vacation including a microwave and dishwasher.

LAUNDRY: Off the kitchen next to the pantry you will find a full-size front-loading washer and dryer for your convenience.

LIVING ROOM: The living area features a sofa, recliner, TV, kitchen table, and multiple sliding doors which lead to the lanai making for an open and airy living space everyone in your travel party will enjoy.

BEDROOMS
• Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a California king bed with a ceiling fan, TV, and private access to the lanai. Large ensuite with garden tub as well.
• Bedroom 2: This room has a queen size bed, chair, TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This room has a queen size bed and a desk.

BATHROOMS
• Bathroom 1: The master ensuite features a garden tub and shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet.
• Bathroom 2: Situated next to bedroom 2 with tub and shower.
• Bathroom 3: Located across from bedroom 3 with tub and shower.

LANAI: Large covered lanai with a comfortable outdoor couch and two chairs for you to relax after a long day of adventuring.

COMPLEX: Guests will have access to the Plantations communal pool and spa, as well as the fitness center. You will also find two community BBQ grills for guest use.

PARKING: Ample parking throughout the complex, guests may park in any one of the many designated guest parking spots denoted with white lines. Our complex allows for two vehicles max per condo.

Nice place in Princeville
We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and the 3 bedroom, 3 bath was perfect for us. There was a lot of beach equipment in the garage and we used it on several beach visits. The Lanai was really nice with numerous sliding doors and we sat out there a lot on the comfortable furniture. Host was very responsive.

Fabulous Family Experience!
We rented 2 units in the Plantation community for our family vacation. This particular unit was superior in every possible way. The attention to detail, furnishings, comfortable beds and thoughtful little touches made a big impact. There was a lovely gift basket waiting for us when we arrived... perfect for our first morning on the island. I highly recommend !!!

Fantastic stay
Just a mile away from the grocery store and close to all the north shore must-sees. We will be back for sure! This was a wonderful vacation in a well-appointed and comfortable condo!

The house was nicely set up for 3 married couples with each bedroom having a separate bathroom attached. The kitchen was nicely furnished for common meals and fellowship. Each bedroom had wireless phone chargers…really nice. It was disappointing that the dishwasher did not work and that air conditioner located in the ceiling of the kitchen was really noisy and in need of repair.

Gorgeous and well-equipped!!
We absolutely loved this condo and would 100% book again. It is clean, well lit, well equipped, the beds are so comfortable, and it was spacious enough for our group of 5 with a lot of luggage. Having 3 full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group going to/from the beach multiple times. Our host emailed us to ask us if we needed anything. In fact, we didn't because the condo had everything we needed. They left us cookies, coffee, fruit, etc. Conveniently there is a garage for the car and it was stacked with beach gear such as two surfboards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs for the whole family, umbrellas, and more. You couldn't ask for more!

The owner is amazing. She has thought of everything. We loved our stay. The condo is clean and it is in a nice neighborhood. It’s very close to lots of beaches to swim, snorkel, boogie board or surf.

Absolutely the best!
Our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents had such a great few days here! The property was exactly as in the photos, we loved having access to the beach gear, we rode bikes around the neighborhood, and had a chance to go the gym and pool. Melissa was a really great host with prompt and clear communication. What an amazing few days on Kauai!!

Our stay was excellent - the home was beautiful, TONS of room for our family and our teens were thrilled to each have their own bathroom and bedroom. The room to the right of the door was warmer as advertised in the listing, however we brought our own fans to help counteract this issue and that made it manageable. We enjoyed our stay overall!

The condo “made” our vacation!
The condo was lovely and accommodated my family of 4 with 2 young adults; we had plenty of room to spread out. I particularly liked the veranda. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. Melissa was available to answer questions. We also loved the area - the beach is about 1/2 mile away and Princeville is lovely.

Very nice Condo, wonderful quick communication. Complete stocked kitchen, it fit our group of 6 perfectly. 2 main rooms very nice, 3rd bedroom might need a little TLC, no A/C or TV on 3nd room. However the rest of the house is amazing. Very spacious and extremely comfortable. The perfect home for a great vacation

This condo was the absolute best landing spot for our family vacation. The space was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and large. The lanai was incredible for eating and lounging. Perfect stay!
Melissa’s home was perfect for our stay! It was just as described. The location is perfect for trips into hanalei and the north shore. We spent a lot of time at Tunnels Beach (get there very early for parking) and Anini beach. We loved the air conditioning and spent a lot of time at the pool. We will be back!

Great Location - Perfect Vacation
We were in town for a wedding in Princeville. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was fantastic. Beach toys and bikes in the garage are a huge bonus. Five adults and one 3 year old had room to spread out, play games, watch tv, work remotely and relax. The large kitchen is well stocked. Perfect for meals. Washer and dryer in the unit are fantastic. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee and evening happy hour. The pool area was a short walk and very pleasant. Biking or walking to nearby, park, and mall with grocery store and restaurants was easy in the well marked path. Spent a lot of time at Hanalei Beach. It was a short drive and perfect for our grandson. We all agree we would stay here again and hope to do so soon.

Beautiful, bright condo!
The condo was as advertised- clean, bright, spacious, and nicely furnished. The open floor plan and lanai were just what we expected and enjoyed very much. AC was a real plus! No ocean views, but the other amenities suited our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive, friendly and provided lots of helpful information to make our stay a great experience!

Lovely owners!!
We spent five nights on the north shore. The area is absolutely beautiful!!! My sister's family of four and I were there for vacation. Melissa's prep work for you is incredible. She has this online "booklet" that she shares with you and it's full of such helpful things. The master is huge with access to the lanai, the second bedroom is super comfy and a bit smaller and the third bedroom is small (there is a large desk in there that takes up space). The property was clean and ready to go and Melissa an absolute wonderful hostess. The lanai is lovely with a lot of plush seating. I, personally, am not a fan of carpets and being at the beach I was always worried about the sand but overall it was fine. The community pool is small. We did not spend much time there cause the area is so beautiful and the beaches heavenly. Also the pool gets crowded quickly. But again aim for Hanelei! I would most definitely stay here again and I want to that Melissa and her family for sharing their place with us!!

This place was beautiful and perfect for our family! We had an amazing stay and loved the grounds, pool, hot tub, cooking facilities and location! There were 6 adults, a 3 year old and a 3month old and we couldn’t have asked for better! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful space!
We enjoyed everything about this property. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals. The beds were very comfortable and all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were larger than expected! Lots of closet space and drawers to unpack and feel “at home”. All around great! Will definitely be coming back soon and staying here again. Mahalo Melissa you were a wonderful host!
