Escape to the Poconos for a relaxing getaway at this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation rental home in Masthope! Residents of Masthope enjoy a vast array of year-round activities within their own community including boating, horseback riding, skiing, swimming, a myriad of sports activities, numerous seasonal events and much more! Masthope’s many amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, a bocce ball court, a restaurant & bar, racquetball courts, a beach house, playgrounds, pool, cross-country ski trail, horseback riding trails, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, ATV riding trails, Remembrance Park, River Park, a convenience market/deli, petting zoo, common lodge area, property owners lounge, game room, fitness center, and motor boating available on Westcolang Lake.

The house is everything you can ask for. Comes with a grill, a nice fire pit in the back yard with seats around it, a sun room area that is covered and a big deck with chairs and table. This property has a large driveway for plenty of parking.

This property has a maximum of 14 people. Can make an exception but must be cleared through homeowner. An up charge of $50 per person per day will be added on to final payment if agreed upon by homeowner. The quoted price for your stay is based on a maximum of 14 people.

The basement has a pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, shuffle board table, poker table, TV with Xbox connected, bunch of board games, mini kitchen, and sofa bed. The basement has so much entertainment for the whole family that no one will be bored.
The 1st floor has a nice size living room/family room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom and bedroom #1.
The 2nd floor has 2 full bathrooms,
Bedroom #2 with 2 bunk beds
Bedroom #3 with 1 queen size bed and 1 double size bed and TV,
Bedroom #4 with queen size bed and TV,
Bedroom #5 with king bed and a large sofa along with TV, enough room for air mattress, 1 master bathroom with a Jacuzzi
Optional sleeping area #1 Loft with futon sofa bed.
Optional sleeping area #2 downstairs in game room is a futon sofa bed.

Linens are provided for your convenience, sheets, towels etc.
Paper goods and toiletries are NOT provided please bring your own. Bring your own trash bags to remove trash from the house. You have to take the trash with you when you leave or you will be charged $30 per bag extra that you leave behind. The trash has to be thrown out at the compactor.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Cancellation policy as follows.

A cancellation fee of $350 will be charged to the guest if booking is canceled after booking. If canceled 60 days or more prior to the stay, a refund will be given in the amount paid minus the $350 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to check in date, the guest will be charged the full amount of rent paid thus far.
Late arrivals or early departures does not warrant any refund.
You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front porch/parking lot area and the back porch. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Guests will have to pay $7 per person per day to use amenities in the community starting May 1st. If you do no wish to use the amenities, you do not need to pay any additional fees/costs. The house has enough entertainment to keep you and your family busy and have a very pleasant bonding time.
