Turn on the gas fireplace to warm the living room while watching your favorite movie on the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare a snack or cook a memorable meal for the whole family to enjoy. After a long, fun-filled day, go to the clubhouse to enjoy a dip in the hot tub or pool to relax those tired muscles. This two-story retreat will be a perfect getaway for a quiet location!

Centrally located at the heart of Kimbal Junction, you can find an abundance of dining options, shopping, a movie theater, and grocery. Canyon Resort is just two and a half miles away to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, or walking around with your loved ones. Utah Olympic Park is less than three miles away and is an excellent place to spend a day of activity; it also has a museum of the 2002 Olympics.

Vacasa has partnered with KEY in Park City, where a local concierge can handle anything from stocking the fridge with groceries to hiring a babysitter. After reserving your stay, you'll receive details about how to take advantage of this service!
The shared pool is only available in the summer.
One dog 30 pounds or lighter is welcome to join guests staying for at least 30 days.
The clubhouse is not maintained/operated by Vacasa.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Environnement parfait, condo juste ok!
Le lieu dans Bear Hollow Village est parfait et super tranquille, très agréable avec la piscine et le jacuzzi accessibles. Pour le condo , le tout est comme sur les photos mais l’équipement est de base: le lave vaisselle fait une vacarme d’enfer, le bain est désuet, et on entend les gens marcher dans le condo au dessus. En contre partie , le service de Vacasa est courtois et rapide au besoin via texto. Je retournerais dans le coin anytime , mais j’opterais pour une autre propriété si vos standards sont un peu plus élevés que le basique.

I would definitely stay here again! It was clean and had everything you need. The neighbors are very nice. It’s easy to get to and a great location.

Place was good location and nice bathroom and kitchen and tv srevices ....but lacked storage in downstairs bedroom...needs additional chest of drawers...needed to leave ski stuff on floor entire week....basement windows filthy...upstairs needed coffee table in front of couch to eat....current table against wall too small and stools unsturdy...lacked some simple supplies like kethcup, mustard, and adequate silverware utentsils,etc....front deck very icy and dangerous from drippings from deck above....maybe some rock salt avaialable as well...thanks

Good location, cute, but bad smells
Had a few issues. Smell of cat pee in bedroom. Love seat smelled bad. No can opener. Also workmen outside repairing front while there. The workmen were great though, put temporary step for us. Other than the smells good!

Bear Hollow Village
Great location. The property met our needs. We found it to be clean and adequately stocked for most types of rental activities. There is some need for a few repairs. The banister return at the stair bottom is missing, the toilet paper holder is coming away from the wall (needs a better type of fixation). Also the front entrance stair paint is peeling away and is showing signs of wood rot. With a few fixes it could be great.

Was nice and close to canyons resort. No air conditioning in unit. No dresser for clothes. Washing machine is in the only bathroom which is downstairs. It would be nice if the cable tv plan had better channels. Overall it served our needs.

Great spot in Park City!
Great place to stay at in Park City. It was close to the down town area for dinner each night, and had a great bike path for walking the dogs. Highly recommend!

Nice one bedroom, needs a few extra items in the kitchen and a bit of work in the bathroom. Of note is that the bedroom is down a flight of stairs and the only bathroom is off the bedroom which is alps where the stackable washer and dryer are. Very nice living room good for a small family or VERY close friends😊

Baseball tournament weekend
Stayed in Bear Hollow several times. Great property for kids and adults alike. Property manager was available at all hours even when we checked in late and didn’t have the apartment number written down.

Property is great. Really nice location. 2 levels makes it easy to separate and have space. The place only has salt and pepper so need to bring other spices if you intend to cook. Also right now hot tub is not on due to Covid. Only real significant downside is vacasa. They are terrible to deal with right now. They do not respond to any communications in a timely manner. You will get all info to check in and out but nothing else. I asked a question when I booked (3 weeks in advance) and got a response a day after check in. I did not really mark property down because of this only because I don't want to penalize owner for the property manager

Location is Great
It is a pet friendly condo, but there was long dog hair everywhere when we went in and No vacuum to address the issue. No maintenance number was on the table to call to get a vacuum. I finally found a number to call in my account and they did bring a vacuum that day while we were on the slopes. I hope they will now do a better job cleaning before the next guests. The skillet to fry bacon is such that we had to cut bacon in half to fry. The only kitchen panty items were salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. There is a filter in coffee maker. Other than the Dog Hair vacuum issue, the condo is quite nice, different is the bedroom is below the main living space. Cable TV is limited but there is a Roku to find UTube and other movie options. Very close to shopping, groceries and slopes!
