Casa Blanca is a single level 2bdrm/2ba Patio Home (1,100 sq ft) with attached garage (no stairs/no steps). There is no one above you or below you! Both bdrms have private bathrooms. Queen size pull out couch in living room (sleeps 2). Second bdrm has a trundle bed (2 twins that can be put together to make 1 King). Sleeps 6 in total. Washer/Dryer in unit. 4-TVs (1 TV is outdoor) with cable/smart TV and internet. Electric fireplace in living room for cozy feel with big screen TV. Private and enclosed (lockable) courtyard with outdoor cable TV, sectional couch seating and outdoor bar. BBQ on back patio and large round dining table is open to greenbelt with stunning views of mountains, palm trees, and flowers and steps from one of the 3 beautiful pools and hot tubs in the private community. The tennis courts are on our cul-de-sac as well. The house has been completely remodeled and decorated in the popular retro-Palm Springs motif - light and airy - you will feel transported to a quintessential Palm Springs art deco experience, reminiscent of the Palm Springs heyday of the 1950's but with all of the modern amenities of today (cable/smart tv's, internet, etc....). You will feel a million miles from home! An unforgettable experience!!
The grounds of this planned community are the most beautiful in the Coachella Valley. Framed by the nearby San Jacinto Mountains and lush palm trees, the manicured and expansive grounds allow for morning and evening strolls while admiring the desert botanicals, rolling green pathways, cacti of every species and blossoming colorful flowers abound. The cul-de-sac offers peace and quiet and minutes to grocery, drug store, neighborhood restaurants and casinos. 3 large pools and 2 tennis courts (steps from the house). 10 min bike ride to downtown.
There is a 30 day* minimum rental for this property as the City of Palm Springs imposes a 11.5% vacation rental tax on all stays < 30 days. By renting for 30 days or more, the owners help guests avoid this tax entirely. Additionally, there is a monthly minimum requirement with the HOA for this community.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR APRIL RENTALS:
*For those interested in the April time frame, (e.g., attending the Coachella Music Festival or other events for a shorter stay), per HOA guidelines, you will still receive access to the property for the entire month (April 1-30) and this will be clearly stated in your contract. We have applied a steep monthly discount for the month of April, to compensate for the 30 day monthly requirement (40% off the listed daily/weekly rate). This brings the nightly rate to a very reasonable 250/nt which is a steal for April!! (BUT again, you must take the entire month -this means you can stay for 30 consecutive days, fewer days, and even return on every weekends for the entire month, etc.... whatever you would like for those 30 days (e.g., returning for Stage Coach Music Festival late April).) Sublets are strictly prohibited. After the discount the base rental fee is approx. $7,500 for the month for April and this is equivalent to other comparable WEEKLY vacation home rentals and hotels in the area for the sought after Coachella and Stage Coach Festivals. Again, you have access for the entire MONTH for the same price!
We look forward for our guests to enjoy their well deserved vacation time, relax in the sun, play some tennis, swim in one of the many pools, enjoy a late afternoon or evening soak in the hot tub and n afternoon or evening BBQ and to make lifelong memories of your time in our lovely community.

First and last month rent + security deposit only will be required. Stays of > 90 days are considered move in/ very long term and you will not be required to pay your entire contract upfront (pay monthly rental on 1st day of each month). As with most very long term contracts, utilities will be your responsibility and need to be opened in your name.
