30 minutes south of Ajaccio airport and 20 minutes from Porticcio, a luxurious villa harmoniously integrated into the maquis on a landscaped plot of one hectare. This authentic, comfortable residence boasts a spectacular view of the Sanguinaires Islands and Ajaccio Bay.

Thanks to its singular architecture, it enjoys exceptional luminosity and gives the impression of being permanently open to the outside world. The 200m² terrace is fully equipped with a BBQ and plancha, a large table and a lounge.
The infinity pool (15X5 meters) below is surrounded by a wooden terrace equipped with deckchairs.

The villa comprises :
- a large main room with a fully equipped open kitchen and air-conditioned living room.
- 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and benefit from a sea view and direct access to the terrace.

On the garden level, an independent apartment (without sea view) sleeps 6.
Ideal for teenagers, a 4-bed dormitory (140 + 2x90) with a bathroom/WC and a living room with 2 single beds (90).

Bed linen, towels, bath towels and toiletries are provided.
2 cots, babyphone, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub and 1 playpen available.

Maintenance fees not included - compulsory extra charge depending on number of guests.
