Everything was very nice and clean. Unfortunately, there was a bad smell in the condo the entire stay. Otherwise, the amenities and rooms were perfect.

Needed relaxation!
This is my and family and my first time staying at Turquoise Place and it did not disappoint. The property was very clean, check-in process was a breeze, and the condo itself was as described. In the past places we have visited were over crowded and the majority of the amenities were closed, not for this property. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating which made our visit even better. We will definitely be staying here again.

The Turquoise Place
Had a great week at the beach! The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Really enjoyed the gas grill. My husband loves to grill. Had a few issues but all resolved in a timely matter. The only negative was the dust found on some of the furniture and the stove vent needed some cleaning. Really be nice to have towrel racks. The beach was very clean. We had great weather! I would probably stay again.

Our Winter Escape in Paradise
We were very happy with the property after the first three days. There were a few issues that needed attending to and Pricket Properties resolved them all to our satisfaction. The condo is very nice. The mattress in the master was so comfortable. We really enjoyed our six week stay.

Great condo and complex
Beautiful condo and property with great amenities. Can’t beat the location in orange beach. Close to everything including all the best restaurants. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped including cooking equipment. Traveled with two little ones that had a blast in the condo, lazy river, and pool. Views were great as well. Hope to stay again!

Our OBA favorite
We love the Turquoise. High end property but usually reasonable rates. Lots of parking and elevators! Multiple pools and lazy River. Great location. 2 things to know…. Lazy River isn’t heated so early season don’t advertise to the kids. The beachside bar and grill closes at 5pm in the spring so plan accordingly. We come to OBA twice a year and always seek this property

Very nice condo, needs some maintenance
The condo was very nice and spacious with plenty of amenities for all our cooking/cleaning needs. The walls were pretty scuffed up in the hallways and in the master bathroom. Stains on the rug in the living room. The hot water in the master bathroom shower only got lukewarm at best. The other showers and sink provided hot water. The ice maker in the bar never filled up with ice. It only made a very small amount. The condo was very clean, hot tub was great, and we loved having our own grill. Other than a few touch ups and maintenance needed it was a great place to stay and we’d love to visit again in the future.

Amazing Property
The pictures of the property were very accurate. I enjoyed my stay immensely. I did have my reservations on the front end because the communication with the property manager were not confirmed appropriately, prior to my departure from home. However, this was resolved before I made it to Ala. The only other complaint was that the coffee maker and master bath tub were out of service. Other than that, everything was great.

The place really nice but didn’t like that the Jacuzzi didn’t get hot and the jacuzzi tub in master wasn’t available for use. Although since I enjoyed the view and place, I would revisit.

Lovely Condo
My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Everything was immaculately clean upon arrival. The condo is as lovely in person as it is in the pictures online. The jacuzzi tub was hot and in good working condition; the view was amazing; and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything one would need to cook most meals. The ONLY reason why I can’t give this review a full 5 stars is because of the master bed - it desperately needs to be replaced - you can see body indentions on both sides of the mattress. My wife and I didn’t sleep very well and ended up with mild aches and pains as a result. Otherwise, the condo was fabulous, and we would definitely stay there again if the mattress was replaced.
