"Seaglass Cove" is your charming home away from home. We love this location and you will too--resort living at its finest!

This holiday home boasts new floors, generous granite counters, updated décor and wonderful views of Baytowne Wharf Towne Center. We have stocked the kitchen with new stainless appliances as well as cookware and flatware for everyone to enjoy. In the living room, you will find a large flat screen TV, a spacious queen pullout sofa w/gel mattress and ample natural light from the sliding glass doors. The dining area features 4 seats at the dinner table, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom is fully loaded with a king size bed gel mattress, a private bathroom, and a wall mounted HDTV. The master bathroom has separate tub for soaking and shower for a quick rinse after the beach. There is also a double sink vanity and generous space! Our guest bedroom features a queen bed, an HDTV and generous closet space.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car! The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
