Beautifully furnished and renovated large 2 bedroom 1 bath unit in the heart of Westwood; one of Cincinnati’s oldest neighborhoods. Downtown Cincinnati is about 10-15 mins away. Downtown Westwood, which boasts a new brewery and winery, is a short walk away. The apartment is on a quiet cul-de-sac street with many long time homeowners and tenants. Apartment overlooks a wooded area.

We love this space and we hope you do, too. The unit was beautifully renovated in November 2019. Fully furnished and awaiting you for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment has key-less entry to both the building and unit for your convenience; no need to worry about keys.

Why they chose this property

Had an opportunity to buy this apartment that sits on a quiet cut-de-sac street after I sold a property I owned in Columbus. Westwood is a historical neighborhood and has many new developments planned and in process not too far from the building.

What makes this property unique

The building was built in the 1950's and was built solid! I loved the structural aspect and the value add opportunity it has provided me. We have renovated 3/4 of the units since taking over in February 2019.
