This clean and cozy basement guest suite is central location. This suite is a 15-minute drive to downtown Vancouver ;a 5-10-minute walk to the 29th Ave, Nanaimo & Renfrew Skytrain station. It is 5 mins drive to Trans Canada Hwy 1. Public transit bus within 1 block to connect you to 3 Skytrain stations. Local restaurants, Superstore, Walmart, Community ctr with gym, pool, park within 5-15 min walk or less than 5 mins drive. The unit is fully equipped with two queen beds, working desk, 65" smart TV for your chilling time and cooking needs and toiletries, It has everything you need so you don't need to pack much. This unit is also professionally cleaned. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, affordable and homey place for our guest to experience a stress free environment and for our guest to enjoy visiting our beautiful city. The unit have dedicated high speed internet for the unit therefore it is great and fast internet for working remotely. The host lives upstairs with two 8 lbs toy poodles. It has a door key pad lock for self check in and out. Free laundry washer & dryer located the detached garage. If you need any help with anything, we are here for our guests. We will ensure you are taken care of as we focus to ensure excellent customer service. We are happy when our guests are happy. It would be our pleasure if you give us the opportunity host you.

We as the Host who live upstairs and we are most helpful people and never hesitate to do whatever it is required for our guests to ensure they are comfortable and well provided with their needs for the visit. Great Host makes a difference for a good experience for trip/vacation. The location is central, very clean and fully equipped with toiletries, linens, towels, kitchenette, quiet neighbor, great sound proofing and spacious. The Owner custom built the property with Italian custom kitchen and vanities with heated radiant floor heating. This is beautiful custom home. Many guests love the place and enjoy our company as the host. We hope to host you soon.
