About this property

Spend your next vacation in this beautiful coastal style 5 bedroom, 4 bath house located in Ocean View Beach Club. Located only 2 miles to Bethany Beach restaurants, shopping, and boardwalk, this home offers ample space and comfort. The open concept first floor has a well equipped kitchen with oversized island and dining table perfect for meals at home. The main living area with flat screen television provides plenty of seating for movie watching, game playing and relaxing after a long day at the beach. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower and bedroom with queen size bed all located on the first floor as well.

The second floor boasts a large master bedroom with king size bed. The master bathroom offers dual vanities and a walk-in shower. There is a bedroom with 2 twin size beds and another bedroom with 2 full size beds. The final bedroom with a queen size bed on this level. Two full size bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and dual vanities are located on the second floor as well. The second floor entertainment room provides a flat screen television. A laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located on the second floor.

Be sure to take advantage of the many amenities this community offers, including a magnificent community pool, billiards, gym, sauna and shuttle to the boardwalk and beach in downtown Bethany.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

The house is nicely kept the sheet package was a great option. The pool was excellent it’s great for kids as well as adults all went well

Best Property Service Person

Upon arrival, there was an issue w/fridge and garage door, on a Sunday morning. I called the rental property office n a gentleman was at the door in 15 minutes and problems were fixed within 30 minutes max. His professionalism was a 5 star and a very nice person.

Friends Beach Week

We all enjoyed our stay at 14 Fogland Lane in the Oceanview Beach Club this Aug. We traveled with 3 families and had children ranging 4 to 9 years old. Despite COVID, the house was sparkling clean and we felt safe. The internet was fast and robust for many devices. The TV worked well with a fire stick allowing for connections to Netflix/Disney+. The pool was open in 2 hour intervals with a 50 person max capacity and rarely met capacity. The beach is close and driveable in 7 minutes or bike in 15 to 20. We never had trouble finding street parking at the beach this year. The house itself has one smaller downstairs bedroom and there is one bathroom on the first floor. (Full) The upstairs bedrooms are all good size but only one has a connected bath. There is no grill or back patio but does have a small flat backyard for kids to play. The kitchen is missing some basics like measuring cups and spoons and a normal coffeemaker (has a Keurig). Overall the house is very nice and the location is great. We would stay here again but would need to rotate the downstairs bedroom.
